The Palm Velocity, a basic entry level dry top that's ideal for white water kayaking. It's made from a 2-layer fabric. It features a twin neck seal, the inner layer of this a latex gasket, while the outer layer is an adjustable neoprene. It then incorporates twin wrists; the inner seals are once again latex gaskets and these are also protected with an adjustable neoprene outer. The waist seal is then a double system. The inner layer is a basic fabric and the outer layer is a more adjustable neoprene. This seals well with a spraydeck.
