Palmers has been around forever, and rightly so! This tummy butter is amazing for stretch marks! Even though it says “tummy” it can be used anywhere! I love the scent of this product.. especially with a sensitive pregnancy nose. This lotion is amazing. I heard there isn't really much you can do to combat stretch marks - you are either genetically prone to them or not. I have stretch marks from prior weight gain/loss so when I got pregnant I assumed my stomach would be covered. I used this every single day and didn't get a single stretch mark until the last week I was pregnant. I got 2 small ones on my stomach but frankly that was my fault because the last week I was pregnant was also the week of Christmas and I was eating approximately 200k calories a day. I just recently tried this lotion because I was complaining about ashy legs and a friend of mine swears by it. It is awesome if you don’t mind oil! It does absorb the dryer your skin is, so I find myself reapplying until I can feel a thin layer remaining to know my skin is properly moisturized. A welcome but unexpected side effect is that it’s also lightened some of the scarring I have on my hands and wrists from working with dry ice in the past! I don’t have before photos, but it is noticeably lightening them. Chapsticky- But worth it!

Yes it feels like you slathered lip balm all over your skin, it doesnt truly rub in for a while- it remains to feel like chapstick on your skin for a few hours. BUT!!!!! It works. It helps. 10/10 would recommend if you need help with stretch marks. it doesnt make them invisible. lets be realistic. it does what it says and reduces appearance of them but i honestly saw overall improvement of elasticity in my skin. Ive had THREE kids in 5 years. My skin definitely needed assistance. I would recommend this paired with Bio Oil!! ive tried both products together and apart.

I discovered this butter when I was getting fed up with a popular oil-based product for scars and stretch marks. I'm in recovery from SH and was desperate to find something that would stop me itching; and flatten and fade my raised purple keloid scars.
