I went with faith that this cream will help with my problem. Instead I have a burn spot we're I apply the cream and is peeling plus it left a dark mark exactly in the form and shape to were I apply the cream. Thank God I did not used it in my entired face. One use and I will not used it ever again. Hopefully it would not leave a mark on my face trying to take a single pimple mark that I previously had, well it did something for sure make the situation worst. And I was ready to put pictures but it doesn't let me. I buy the Palmer's Skin Success Anti dark spots fade cream FOR ALL SKIN TYPES...Burn, itches, peeling and a mark spot in the area it was applied.

The active ingredient was 'hydroquinone', now it is 'niacinamide'. I hate looking in mirrors now because my dark spots are back with a vengeance! This product is a complete waste of money. I am hopeful that in the future, customers will be able sue for the psychological trauma caused by them changing their formulas to lesser ineffective products! Since palmers sold out, I'm selling out on them. I will no longer buy any of their products! This industry doesn't ever want customers to find remedies to their issues because it will stop their constant flow of revenue. I am so disappointed they changed the FADE CREAM with a new one. The new Fade Cream does not work for me. It makes my hands dry and sun spots have returned. I used to buy two jars of the cream at once, because I would go and it would be sold out at Wal-Mart-, but haven't had that problem since. I actually bought two of the new formula and will not be buying anymore unless they go back to old formula. Why did they change something that worked? Sadly disappointed and also noticed several other reviews were as well. Please bring back the old FADE CREAM please!

I just wish Palmer's made a sunblock and eye cream. I still use a Neutragena sun block though. So it's hard to say if any one product helped me since I basically use it all! I even use the Purifying Enzym Mask once a week. The toner and astringent are great for when I go camping and find it difficult to wash my wash. So much dirt comes off! I'm a Palmers girl for life!
I recently learned that the active ingredients Niacinamide and Vitamin C should NOT be combined as they cancel each other's benefits, and also produces a counterproductive by-product. Retinol and niacinamide work well together but research has shown neither should not be mixed with Vitamin C. Why does this product contain countering ingredients?I have just started using the product, and while it feels great on my skin, I question the long-term efficacy due to the clashing main ingredients. Can someone at Palmers provide a scientific explanation for how they will work effectively and synergistically in this product? Thank You

Palmer's used to market 2% of this ingredient in their fade creams before. Some other companies even used to provide 3% of Hydroquinone for treating hyperpigmentation in their products. I don't know if they did this on purpose, trying to be more cost-effective or it is bases on pure corporate greed. We all know that all the synthetic medicines prepared in lab aren't beneficial in the long run.
