THE PRICE "IS RIGHT"!My hair is curly and because of that it tends to be dry.I hadn't had a hair pack in ages and decided to buy one from Walmart. While I was browsing the Heath and Beauty aisle, I came across Palmers. It was very inexpensive, just under $2.00. I found it to be wonderful!! It was just as good as the higher priced, big name Packs. I used it over a week ago and my hair is still gleaming!!!AM I HAPPY? AM I SATISFIED? WILL I BUY IT AGAIN? YOU BET!!!

I love that this masque didn't just soften my hair but it also helped the condition of my hair overtime with more use. I get a few applications from just one package. My 2bc waves are dry from heat damage, chemical relaxers, dye kits.. this product actually helped hydrate my hair and helped my hair stay in place without using styling products after rinsing. If I did add a styling product after, it was a light oil sheen, sealing oil, and/or a cream with coconut oil to compliment the masques ingredients. Love to add a bit of this masque to a cup of water and then pour the mixture over my hair starting at the roots. I can cleanse with it before applying more of the package to the mid length of my mane, and finally to the tips of my hair. TL;DR: this is an insane deal for the quality and I have repurchased at least 5 times!! Highly recommend!! I currently have really long hair that’s about medium thickness. (2a is probably the best descriptor in terms of texture). I realized a while ago that just conditioner wasn’t cutting it any more. So I’ve been trying loads of masks, from Shea Moisture to Hask to Eva NYC. This Palmer’s one BLEW ME AWAY!!! I don’t recommend using the whole packet at once if you have straight/wavy hair—it makes it come out greasy. I use 1/3 to 1/2 of a pack with a portion of my regular conditioner and my hair feels soft and quenched. (For reference, I only wash my hair 2-3 times a week, usually leaning 2.) The deal is insane for the quality of the product. Excellent buy.

Affordable hair mask

I've used a few of these Palmer Coconut Oil Deep Conditioning Protein Packs in the past and have always been happy with them. They are a 60g foil sachet which needs to be ripped open - not always easy - so I recommend snipping along a corner before getting in the shower. It does not contain sulfates or parabens and no mineral oils. I got about four uses out of one pack for my chin length layered curly hair. I used it in place of my conditioner once or twice a week. The coconut smell is not overpowering nor does it linger for long on dry hair which could be a good thing because whilst its not overpowering its not my favourite hair scent even though I like coconut. It did help with treating my damaged colour treated hair, producing softer hair for a few days. Coconut scent for curly hair

It smells like coconut. When applying it also has a second scent that reminds me of a new doll (a good plastic scent). After rinsing I was left with a long lasting faint coconut scent on my hair. No floral notes so I really liked it. I didn’t read the package close enough to notice it says “For All Curl Patterns and Textures”. I have naturally fine straight hair, but since I bought it already I decided to try it. It left my hair feeling thicker and a bit heavier. I think it was too moisturizing for where my hair is at. But if my hair was damaged or very dry it would be good. It didn’t put any curls into my hair so I think it does work for straight hair but probably doesn’t need it.

When I read the back, I saw that it had keratin protein so I thought I would face my fears and use this since I have been keratin free almost 2 years now and this a natural brand. BAD CHOICE!! As soon as I put this on I felt is weigh down my hair and it did not coat the strands smoothly. Seemed like a big glob of creamy petroleum jelly. For the past few months my hair has been feeling like cotton candy.It felt so frail, I would run my hands through my hair and 7 would snap there and then.I thought I was doing everything I could, but every 'moisturising' product I used left more dry and brittle than it had been before.I found this in Superdrug and decided it was cheap enough and "gentle" enough to take a gamble on.Well, my hair must have needed the protein, because hair actually feels like hair again!Before tonight my hair was one big waist length dreadlock.Sure, it wasn't fixed ALL my hair woes in one wash but does feel so much stronger, manageable and healthy.I have fine hair and was worried that this would leave my hair with a funky residue. I've colored and permed (digital perm) my hair over the years and haven't really made an effort to include hair treatment regularly so my hair is frizzy and dry as expected, also because I feel like there's not actually a product that will do wonders and that most of them are just part of their marketing scheme. One day I saw this at Walmart and my instinct convinced me to give it a try. I bought 4 pkts as I already planned to use it once a week for 4 weeks to see the some improvement. Low and behold, after the first try, I already felt my hair has significantly improved my about 50%! It's much softer and less frizzy. Then the following week I used it again and without any disappointment my hair is even softer! I wish I would've taken a before%26after photo. Here's how I do it: so after shampoo, I squeeze out the excess water from my hair, apply 1 packet (I have long hair) onto my entire hair including scalp, gently massage for 3-5mins, pull my hair up and secure with claw clip then wrap it in a shower cap for 30mins. I rinse my hair with COLD water to lock in the moisture, if that makes sense. Hope you find this helpful!

Well, ive got a bed head mask which is great every now and then, but i felt i needed something heavy duty. Went online and found loads of different ones but Palmers range has always been one of my staples. Just had my hair re-highlighted with bleach the other day and instantly regretted it after realising how brittle and stretchy a good few inches at the ends were (bearing in mind my hair is very fine and straight, so doesnt take much damaging). After growing it for 5 years and finally starting to like the length cutting it was a last resort. I do know that bleach strips the hair of protein (along with everything else) so definitely needed to put it back in. This pack couldnt have been more straight forward. Ive also read that you might need to add a little of your own conditioner after rinsing (as it can still feel a bit wierd, and oddly more drying) which i did and it hasnt made my hair heavier. Brought a couple of packs so will last me a while and fantastic value for money.
