Palmolive Luminous Oils Hand Wash Sea Fennel & Argan Oil 500ml

[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] This soap feels very nice to wash with, and it lathers and suds up very easily. Immediately afterwards, my hands felt a bit softer, but I did find my skin feeling drier by the end of the day, and needing to use my moisturiser. I think the most important thing to be aware of is the very strong fragrance, which remains on your hands for a long time after washing. I am a bit sensitive to this, but this might be appealing to others.

I often get dry hands after washing the dishes or working out in the garden, and have found the oils in this hand wash are super hydrating and still does a great job of cleaning my hands. The hand wash is also in a super generous sized bottle so excellent bang for you buck. I'll definitely be purchasing another bottle once this one finally runs out!

It smells delicious, with a scent that lasts for ages. It also feels great on your hands, not drying them out at all. Throughly impressed and would recommend to anyone who wants a pleasant hand washing experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] This hand wash has a very calming blue color and has a very thick almost jelly like texture and look when it's out of the bottle. When washing your hands with it not many suds are produced, your hands are coved but not in foam. After washing it leaves a clean and dry feeling. Its a fun color and texture although the scent is barley noticeable it's like being in a forest.

It does an excellent job of cleaning oils and debris from your hands. The addition of argan oil led me to believe that it would be moisturising however I have found my hands to be quite dry since using this product. The texture is gel like which seems to be common for Palmolive hand soaps. It provides a good lather.

It has a pleasant fragrance that is long-lasting, but it fairly strong so may not be for everyone. The 500mL size means it lasts a long time, so no need to replace as frequently as smaller-sized products. Overall, I've been very happy to use this.

The sea blue colour was mesmerising and I couldn't wait to pop the top!Once open I used it straight away, initially I was concerned about the Fennel scent as I am not a fan. But this was so subtle and delicate that I actually enjoyed the fragrance that came from washing my hands. The soap lathered well and without much effort or water. It easily washed off and left my hands feeling clean after the first wash without a need to repeat.

The highlighted scenes/ingredients sound unique, but do not add anything different to the effectiveness of the hand soap. Unsure of the retail price of this product, but if priced highly compared to others it doesn’t feel worth it. This product is a mainstream hand soap by a major manufacturer. Useful but not revolutionary in any way.

Gentle on Hands, Great Scent

My household and I have been using this hand wash for nearly two weeks. We have a range of skin sensitivity levels and none of us experienced any drying after using it, not even with frequent hand washing (e.g. 5+ times in 20 minutes while preparing food).The scent is lovely without being overpowering and my hands feel softer after using it, quite the opposite of my typical experience with hand washes. It doesn't leave an oily film on the hands after washing.The relatively short ingredient list is a big plus as well.Another important point I liked a lot is the bottle is made of recycled plastic (except the pump) and is also recyclable.At a price point of about $5-$7 for this 100ml bottle I would definitely recommend it.

Nothing Special

I recently tried the Palmolive Luminous Oils Sea Fennel & Argan Oil Liquid Hand Wash. Overall, it seemed like just another hand wash. While it did the job of cleaning my hands, the fragrance was pleasant but strong. If you prefer a more subtle scent, this might not be the best choice for you. However, if you enjoy bold fragrances, this could be a good fit. The texture was smooth and it left my hands feeling clean, but I didn’t notice any other benefits over other hand washes. It’s a decent product, but nothing particularly special.
