This bra gives me adequate support when working out. The hook and eye closure to convert this bra to a racerback style is easy to fasten, unlike other bras with a "j hook" design. This bra has a 5/5 barbell rating, but I still get a fair amount of bounce while doing Zumba and other cardio classes at the gym. A better design for me was the Marvel Wireless Racerback Bra as the racerback fastening point falls a little lower than the hook and eye on the Wireless Sports Bra. I find this makes a difference in providing better support, but I would imagine it depends on how your breast tissue is distributed on your body. My girls are long in shape.Still, after working out in this bra several times, I purchased another.

The fit of this bra is totally different from my normal Triumph bras so, sadly, this felt simply awful!The broad elastic band beneath the cups and the wider shoulder straps both seemed good.Advertised as "non padded", the first thing I noticed was the padding, so I had dimples of foam as if the cup size was too big, even though I'd chosen a D instead of E cup - so I'm afraid I had to send it straight back.This might be wonderful for those who welcome a padded sports bra. However my experience suggests that one would need to choose at least one cup size smaller, if not two ... or maybe go for a JL Fitting to get it right.
