I was correctly advised about the sizing by the very kind staff via chat. I ordered one cup size down and it's very comfortable. I tryed it for yoga and zumba and every stays perfectly in place. I can't provide information about more high impact sports though. If I have to find a flaw it maybe a tiny tight and with the three hooks I can see having some problems closing it if my shoulders were a bit tight. Additionally it feels a bit hotter than a similar wired model.

I bought one of these bras a few years ago for wearing when gardening, as I found the end of the wire in an underwired bra was digging in under my arm after lots of trowelling. When I had a "lumpectomy" recently I was told to wear a "supportive, non-wired, sports-type bra day and night for 4 weeks". So I got another one so I'd got one to wear while I washed and dried the other. They've been very good - a bit tight round the chest, but I guess you need that to get the support without the wires. Nice and smooth inside the cups.

Tried this on wired style in store before purchasing this one online based on reviews that the wires pop out quite quickly. Used the recommended size in store.I have been wearing this A LOT during lockdown, before and after home workouts and helping in the garden. While it is comfortable at the beginning, it becomes quite comfortable around the band after a few hours of wear. It does provide support during exercise, although the straps are not long enough to be able to make the straps into a cross. It really hurt my back when I had it like that as I couldn't loosen the straps further. I will continue to use this bra until I can't use it anymore but won't be purchasing it again. Disappointed.
The most comfortable bra ever. I’m not sporty I’m a full time gardener. I’m in so many positions working and this bra never moves, it’s marvellous for comfort. I bought two so I can change to a fresh one in a working week. The only thing I’m not keen on is the bra pushes your boobs into one big boob, and I get sweaty in my cleavage. It’s not a great shape in a sweat shirt but support wise is excellent. Id have no problems in removing my shirt because style wise it’s fabulous. But it’s not allowed. The firmest bra ever, especially on a tractor with no suspension!
I was surprised at how huge it looked but I guess that's coz it moulded. It is comfort, I could do with being able to tighten the steaps a little more. But it definitely gives hold and shape. Wasges well too and I just let aur dry. Looks and feels good.
Unfortunately I returned this item . I asked for advice re sizing before . When ordering and went up one back size and cup size. There is a huge difference in the cup size between a 30ff and a 32 ff.I was needing the middle hook on trying on and the cup was very big.My current 30ff fits well in the back but is rubbing on one side where the cup is too small.I really need a personal fitting but the Belfast store is closed.Great bra and would buy again if I could get fitted.
I luv the way this bra is constructed. I did need to try on a few sizes to find the best fit because the material isn't stretchy. I'm DD and like the extra hook on the straps in the back to cinch the girls in even snugger. I've also worn the underwire version and find that fit similar. What is different between the two (because of the wires?) is this bra doesn't provide the same side support. That is - you aren't pushed as much forward.
Prior to now i've always bought my sports bras from the generic sports departments of other high-street stores and I thought it was about time I spent a bit more money and bought a proper one. Wow! Game changer! Made me realise how bad and unsupportive my sports bras have been. My boobs aren't particularly big but I run a lot and they still need to be strapped down to keep them from moving around.I toyed between the Shock Absorber and Panache and opted for the latter. I'm really happy with it. Fits like a glove and I feel totally supported, but not overly restricted. Will certainly buy this again.
I have been wearing these bras for years but had to go to a specialty intimates store to get them so I was super excited to see that REI started carrying them. These are the most comfortable, supportive bras for any high or low impact exercises without overly compressing your chest. It is important to get the sizing right or it will seem like an odd fit/uncomfortable.
