I honestly love this fridge. It's features are amazing, the options with the vege crisper and prime fresh temperature is great. Lots of space, perfect for me and my partner. The ONLY reason I dropped 1 star is for design features. The black gloss really shows fingerprints when you open up the door from the side. It would benefit from having a handle or some sort of protectant that means fingerprints don't show so obviously. It has the temp sensor which is cool to regulate fridge temperature, but also, doesn't sound when the fridge door is left open. It would also benefit from more height on the shelves - I have to store sauces and stuff on the bottom shelf as the height distribution in the door isn't as dispersed. Other than those two things

This model arrived today, the delivery guys were friendly but not wearing masks. Very happy with the fridge. I wanted to get rid of the star rating sticker also and my husband used olive oil on a paper towel which worked perfectly. Love the large door compartment that holds large bottles and large milk with great technology that goes with this fridge.

Have had the fridge for about two weeks and it is doing everything it should be. I'll reiterate what another reviewer has said - the paper energy rating sticker is an absolute mongrel to get off. Why can't Panasonic either not bother, or spend a few extra cents on a sticker that will come off easily instead of having to soak it off. Small detail but it's very frustrating.

Good value and a does a good job and is quite spacious inside. It doesn't beep if you leave the door open too long which is a bit unusual. There not many options for rearranging the height of shelves inside. The 'prime fresh' drawer which is a couple of degrees colder than the main fridge is great keeping meat or chilling beers.

This fitted the bill while still being quite roomy inside and excellent value on sale at HN. Fairly quiet, some gurgling noises but these are explained in the manual. Prime Fresh section keeps meat/bread semi frozen but seems to take a while to get them to the semi-frozen state. Very useful for stuff you're going to eat within a week so you don't have to store it all in the freezer section. As per other reviewers, the energy star sticker is very hard to remove & you have to use something like De-solve It or WD40 or CRC to get the sticky residue off. We bought this fridge just over 2 weeks ago now, and it has been great so far. I’d say the size is probably good for 2 adults or a small family. I wasn’t sure how big the crisper would be, but it is a decent size. Also, the prime fresh feature is great. The Harvey Norman delivery guy was also great - got the fridge in the space without scratching the floor etc :)
It has been only two days that we have this fridge and we love it. We were able to take it brand new during a very good sale for $1,699. To this price we also added the extended warranty. We wanted the black one, but it was more than $400/500 for that and we decided it was not worth it. ​We read plenty of reviews and we could not find any of the issues they mentioned. Delivery people were superkind, but apparently Noel Lemming's delivery only includes the delivery of the fridge. It will not include the unpacking and a test of the product. This review will be updated if something will happen.
We bought this fridge during lockdown so could only check the features via the website. We were not disappointed when it arrived, in fact it is better than we hoped. We love the different temperature zones and it is so quiet that we do not even know when the motor is running. I would highly recommend this fridge. Only problem we have had so far is getting the energy label off, but careful use of a hair dryer and a bit of De-Solve-it sorted that!
One of the best fridges you can have. Elegant, quite and cools to suits your taste. With 3 wide glass shelves and 3 door compartments including veggies drawer and fresh meat drawer. You can keep all the food and drinks you need fresh and cold. As well, 3 drawers freezer with ice maker takes your experience to the next level. We are so glad we choose this fridge.
Very content with my Panasonic 380L bottom mounted fridge. Upgraded from an 11 year old top mounted Westinghouse. The fridge capacity is smaller than the Westinghouse due to the inclusion of two full width separated areas (the crisper and the prime fresh drawers) but I find I use the space much more efficiently as a result. The depth is also not so deep that you lose sight of what is at the back of the fridge, so less food wastage. I've been using it for about a month now and to date am happy with its performance. A word of warning, it has a bit of a shrill frequency when the motor kicks in. If you're sensitive to white-noise then there's just that to note. It's not intrusive, but certainly something I took a moment to get used to (and can still hear).
