there is almost nothing good about this phone. you can't add 2 phone numbers per person, you have to make 2 individual entries. you only get 16 letters to enter the persons name! my previous phone was aPanasonic PRW 120AZ - a fabulous phone, but it broke. Panasonic don't sell this model any more - although it is still advertised on its website. It also was a 2013 model but had none of the restrictions of the one I bought recently. It was a smart phone, but Panasonic in its wisdom has decided that people who buy home phones dont deserve the latest technology. And I used to love Panasonic! As an aside all the nicknames that I have entered are taken -things like fedup, disappointed etc

Purchase this phone because it was reviewed as the best cordless phone at the time. Works fine except for the fact that when you are talking to someone you need to either have the phone on speaker or have it pressed up against your ear. Neither options are appealing, would be better if you could just use it like a normal phone. Volume is at maximum and still makes no difference. Would recommend purchasing a corded phone instead of cordless.
The phone was used to replace an old model that had stoped working. It was easy to set up and connect. I find the phone to be a bit quiet despite being turned up to full volume. Otherwise it is fit for purpose.
This phone is just a backup for us in case of a fire or our mobiles go down. It was good value and very easy to set up, record message and listen to messages. It is small and takes little room on my desk.
Compact, but the sound quality of the handset is terrible. It is hard to hear the caller on the other end. I previously had a panasonic home phone and was concerned about the same thing and read some reviews before purchasing this one. Unfortunately I won’t be purchasing Panasonic again as the volume quality of the handset was equally as bad.
The Panasoni Cordless 6821Phone KX-TG6821ALB is so easy to set up and useability is simple . I usually purchased Uniden but thought I'd try this Panasonic due to a bright and clear screen . Uniden screen colour of amber with black writing was always hard to read and I chose Panasonic because of it's lighter screen colour and easier to read screen. Glad I took the risk. Panasonic - well worth the risk.
I have recently moved into a Community Village and was required to purchase a phone for internal purposes, e.g. talking to management, other residents and outside people such as post persons. The Panasonic is perfect for my requirements and looks good.
This hands free phone connects to the nbn and replaces my old fashioned handset. The best part is walking around the home with it in my pocket. The base is always in the same place and records voice messages. I love this simple home phone without all the computer functions on my mobile. It’s so much simpler and easier to have long chats with this phone.
