These batteries are very long lasting. They last about a year and can be charged up to 1500 times. This alone makes buying them worthwhile as you would save by not having to purchase new batteries when they die. This is also great because it's less battery waste/recycling. This is a brand I trust and never had a problem with these rechargeable batteries.

One of my favorite purchases ever. Saves you money, period. I lend my loved ones some of my eneloop batteries to help them save money, too!I use it largely for game or TV controllers. I’ve only had to dispose of two or three batteries since there is a limited amount of times you can recharge them.Highly, highly recommended.

I definitely felt the difference when I started using them. My old Enerloop Pros were already discharged, at best all they could last was about 5 hours of gameplay or so. With the new batteries the Ni-NM charger doesn't get the error blink it does with the old batteries (duh they're new) so far it lasts me about 7-9 consecutive nights of gameplay (. I strongly advise people to get these batteries. I got Enerloop Pros first a few years ago for their high energy capacity, but this is best used for stuff like Cameras and low utility electronics, bad idea for gaming especially since their charge limit is about 500 times before it starts to decay; whereas regular Enerloops goes up to 2600 times before decay. If you need something for frequent/daily use the best option is the regular Enerloops, they still have a very good energy capacity and last decently long.

After using my Apple rechargeable batteries for 7+ years, I"m starting to notice issues. Fair enough, I got my money's worth. A techie friend recommended these eneloop batteries ages ago and I've had them in my save for later Amazon cart ever since. I bought them from BestBuy because they sent me a $5 reward and I could not be more pleased. I was in the middle of working from home when my trackpad died. I recalled reading a review stating that these batteries came with a charge. Popped them in, got right back to work and was able to run on that initial charge for a few days. When I put them in the charger and plugged it into the wall, I noticed that a few hours later, the indicator stated they were fully charged. I love these rechargeable eneloop batteries so much, that I have purchased these batteries for all of my flash units. These batteries are powerful and they last a long time during my photo shoots to the point where I have never had to change them. The only regret I have about eneloop rechargeable batteries is that I should have purchased them years ago. Since buying and using these batteries (which is about 6 months now), I have never gone back to purchasing or using Duracell AA batteries and I never will go back using them for my flash equipment.
They are the Best on the Market and I have 4 sets of 4 AA That I marked in sets with colored Sharpies putting 2 matching rings around each one in the set. It makes it easier to keep track of the Batteries by Set and mine get plenty of use. My biggest problem in the past was just finding quality Batteries that could stand up to heavy Camera Use on a Sanyo Digital VPC-E2100 21x Autofocus Zoom Camera with Built in Flash and 3" LCD Display. This Camera used to eat the Expensive AA Batteries as the cheap ones just wouldn't hold up for more than 30 or so Pics. The Eneloop AA Rechargeable Batteries have lasted for over 200 pics at max resolution without the Flash and close to a Hundred with the flash. The Eneloop Batteries hold a full charge for a long time and are well worth the investment in savings on disposables alone but these are the only ones I use now as I can always depend on their being ready to go. Having the sets of four means one set is always charging, one is in the camera and two are on standby for anything that may need AA Power. You will never buy another disposable Battery again after using Eneloop for all your Battery Powered Device Needs. 100 STARS!!!
I've tried numerous other brands and even other "ready to use" rechargeable AAs. The eneloops I bought - all of them, used regularly in lots of things - are all still good. No bad ones and I was an early buyer of these. They are worth the premium. I wouldn't bother with anyone else any more.
Over the last 10 years I have purchased nearly 100 of these batteries from different sources. They are actually intended for camera flashes. But I started using them for everything because the Duracell's I had been using would often leak and damage my devices. I even use these in cheap items far below their value. There is a bit of a price premium, but after 10 years, I have never had one go bad. I am now using them in my Maglites using a AA size to D adapter. They may well be the highest quality of all rechargeable batteries.
For the past 6 years or so I've purchased only Eneloop batteries, when other brands give up the ghost. They live up to the promise of accurate output and longevity. They're clearly far and away the best batteries I've ever used, in a variety of applications.
Panasonic Eneloop batteries are some of the best around I've been using them for years. Seems like everything we own today runs on batteries? They advertise these little guys can be recharged ~ 2,100 times although I never counted and verified it? Beats buying regular batteries and having to replace them all the time. Although you may pay a little more for these you have to look long term at the value of them lasting for years. All-around, as far as I can tell they seem to be an excellent battery.
