Panasonic SD-R2530WST Bread Maker - White

Received the bread maker SD-R2530 last week and already baked three breads and made strawberry jam. The breads I made: Italian bread, White loaf and Focaccia. All exceptional quality, including the strawberry jam. Very easy and straightforward to follow up the bread maker instructions/recipes. The bread maker looks very contemporary and looks excellent on the kitchen bench. It has the raisin/nut dispenser and gluten free breads program. The bread maker can even make the Sourdough starter and Sourdough bread. With the 13 hours delay function the bread can be made for exact time you need it: breakfast, lunch or dinner even if you are not home. Overall the bread maker SD-R2530 is an excellent addition to any household.

This unit replaces a Panasonic bread maker that I used frequently for over 15 years. The new version is easy to use and following the recipes it produces excellent results. I use this unit to make whole meal bread and variations that include white flour. I also use the dough function to make pizzas, bread rolls and focaccia that are cooked in the oven. Occasionally I make raisin bread again with excellent results. The machine is quiet and easy to clean. Since the unit is quite large you will need to consider where you are going to store it. Although relatively expensive I think this unit is worth it, and hope it also lasts 15 years of regular use.

Amazing breadmaker. This is our 3rd breadmaker over the years. We bought this one about a month ago and it turns out beautiful gluten-free bread every time! Makes a big loaf, machine was shockingly big compared to our old ones, but worth making the space for. Not too noisy. Just asks you with a beep to scrape down the sides at the 6 minute mark- then you can leave it to do its thing. Ten thousand times better than bought bread. Just use plain gluten free flour from Woollies, and use a gf recipe with eggs and yeast. Yummy.
