The bracelet appeared fine. It has been given as a gift and we have not yet heard from the recipient.However, we were very disappointed in how it arrived and packaging. It came in a tiny plastic bag in a cardboard box which made it look cheap.There had been an option for gift wrap which we did not request as wanted to see the bracelet and wrap ourselves. We had however assumed it would arrive in the usual presentation box when you buy something in store .We will not buy Pandora again on line .. We did take it into the store, and they explained this is how the jewellery is sent out when ordered on line.Very disappointed .It made a beautiful gift look cheap and second hand..

My mother bought this bracelet and the barbed wire heart charm for my daughter for her 18th birthday in May. My daughter loves the bracelet and charm however my mother died a few days later so this was the last present her grandmother got her. You can imagine how devastated she is when she got home from her A-Level exam today to discover that the heart charm had come off. She was wearing the bracelet to her exams for good luck and to feel her grandmother close to her.Be warned that whilst the bracelets look fantastic, the charms come off so easily and cannot be secured in place.

Received the bracelet as a free gift with my purchase which was cool but seeing that this bracelet is originally $60 is kinda crazy to me considering the quality. The bracelet does not feel as solid and secure as other Pandora bracelets. I’ve had 4 different styles of Pandora bracelets and this one feels very cheap in comparison. Within a few days of having the bracelet one of the links was already bent. I went to the store to exchange it but the lady at the store just bent it back into place and said it would be fine. It has been fine so far, however, the charm I have for the bracelet has fallen off 3 times now. Thankfully I’ve been able to find it and just put it back on but now I’m constantly afraid the bracelet or the charm is going to break off. Expensive for what it is. I have tiny, baby sized wrists, yet this bracelet was too small and I had to spend an additional $30+ to buy an extra link so the bracelet would fit. The whole thing left me feeling scammed. When I finally got the bracelet on my wrist, it did not look as good as I had hoped so I returned it, the extra link, and the baby sized mini heart charm that I purchased with it which was certainly smaller in person than in the picture on your website. And of course the mini heart charm cost me $30+ despite the fact that it was so tiny it was barely visible on my tiny wrists.
The charms keep falling off, luckily one did fall off in the house, in the end the smiley pearl actually fell off, despite me contacting Pandora I was told I had to go to my nearest store and they would decide if there was a fault. It was replaced. There is a certain way to put the link to stop the charms falling off, but unfortunately the link doesn't stay that way. I have now lost another charm. The hinges aren't very strong and they easily open, the same as they do with the necklace. I bought the gold heart charm recently and the hinge is much stronger. There's definitely some improvement needed on the design of the link. I really like the bracelet, but there's no point buying any more charms and I'm too worried to put the charms on I have.

Glad this was free. I loved the bracelet, wore it daily and had no issue. It only had one small charm on it and I barley ever took it off. It ended up discoloring and I did not use anything on it other than water ever. It says it's silver, bu tit must only be coated because I was wearing Tiffany's silver bracelet together on the same wrist, and that piece is not discolored. I tried reaching out to customer service and I got the run around multiple times and boilerplate emails waiting weeks between each communication. Even if they get it back in repair and determine it was my fault, which the way the terms are written it will always be my fault even though it wasn't.

I removed 3 links myself on the small-link bracelet which was so big I could remove it without being opened. Apparently their suggestion for the next size up is based on how many charms you hang on it? It fits perfect now and is subtle and stunning with the "blessed" link. I returned the infinite snake chain but they don't have a smaller size in stock. I agree with other reviewers, I was a bit taken back at the plastic bag delivery of both bracelets and link. Nice box, excited to open it and then see 3 plastic bags. I realize it is the best way to store sterling to stop tarnish, but for first time viewing, no class. I thought Pandora was better than this. The quality seems very good though, it is my first time buying. I have my eye on the medium link now. :)
