Do not purchase this bracelet!!!! Clasp will ALWAYS come undone!!!! Hubby and daughter bought this and several charms for my birthday last year, and I have had nothing but problems with the clasp!!! And one would think with the addition of the safey charm link, you wouldn't lose your bracelet, think again!!! Even with the safety charm link, yes, it saved my bracelet from falling off a few times, but there were more times that the safety charm link untwisted and the bracelet fell off!!! Now, a few weeks before my birthday, I have officially lost the bracelet and ALL the charms they chose for me đ. I bought this product for my mother in her early 50's, and she really liked it. This was her first Pandora product and I think it was a good choice. I also bought a charm with the bracelet and she was very happy with it. My mum and I also really like the symbol of the infinity sign on the clasp and also the message on the back of the clasp "Family forever and always". I think it is overall very elegant and pretty, and I recommend this product to be a present to everyone. My mother also said that the clasp can sometimes be hard to put on herself so that I could help her with it, I thought that this was a good promotion point, since then I can help her with putting it on often and we could create a better mother-and-daughter bond.

My husband bought me this bracelet for Xmas and after a week the clasp broke. I thought perhaps I hadn't closed it properly so put it back on my wrist but within a day it was off again. So I exchanged it for another one thinking I must of just got a dodgy one. However again after a week it has happened again with the new one, in so glad I have a saftey chain but there is clearly a manufacturer fault with this clasp so I will be returning it again this week for another design

It is so pretty. It definitely is a bracelet for all my silver girlies. I definitely recommend it isnât tarnishing at all but I expected that. I do recommend getting a 7.5 cause I got I believe an 8.3 and it is too big! So definitely just stay your normal wrist size. It is easy to take off and put on. Itâs adjustable and the heart adds a nice touch. I am definitely getting the earrings and necklace because this is just a perfect buy for me as an silver girlie.
The bracelet is beautiful. However, the clasp is difficult to operate. That wouldn't be so bad, but with being difficult to operate, it still isn't secure. After seeing dozens of negative reviews where it opened spontaneously, and hundreds of dollars worth of charms and the bracelet were lost, I won't consider Pandora again. Pandora needs to fix the clasp issue. Suggesting that people buy a $50 chain protector is not the answer.
I bought this in July for my birthday in August. I received it on August 5, 2024 officially and I am reviewing this August 17,2024. Two things first, it came with no instructions on how to keep and care. I had to YouTube how to open it. It was my first pandora and I was so excited until I received it. Secondly, the measurements online are so unclear! I bought 7.5 I think and thank God my wrists are small but I wanted space to add charms. Tough. I went to the beach and letâs just say the bracelet is now yellowish with parts of it black. The pandora store in my country says theyâll clean it for free but itâs not dirty, I think the whole color has been diminished
I recieved this bracelet for my 60th birthday from my grand babies.,Iâve been wearing everyday because it makes me happy then suddenly the clasp gave but I managed to find the charms. Happened again 3 more times now I wonât wear it. After reading the reviews it seems to be a common problem. My suggestionâŠfix it. I will not be purchasing another bracelet again. Too expensive to lose the charms.
I bought this bracelet for my daughter. She loved it, but it falls off every time she wears it. I went to the store and they told me there wasnât anything wrong with it, but it keeps falling off. She didnât lose the bracelet, but of course the charm got lost. They wouldnât replace the charm because she lost it!!! Big disappointment, Iâm sending it back on warranty.
Lovely design but unfortunately the clasp won't stay closed! It has popped open several times. This has never happened before with any of my other bracelets. Reached out to Pandora, waiting to hear back on final resolution. Also, the safety chain I purchased with it (the heart chain) has failed 2xs as well.
