Absolutely terrible manufacturing!!!! the clasp doesn’t stay shut properly so the bracelet was bought and lost within the same month! Waste of £100. Normal silver charm bracelets are much better. Talked to customer services who were less than helpful. Complaint filed.

I bought this bracelet 2 months ago and I was delighted to be able to put charms of my own choosing charms that will remind me of my travels, events, family... I also put a Pandora "safety" clasp on the bracelet so that the charms don't fall out when removing the bracelet. After only two months, the bracelet fell off on its own while walking, all the charms fell off because not even the "protective" clasp stayed closed, and I lost some of the precious charms that I collected on trips to different countries. I am disappointed with the quality of this Pandora bracelet.

Lovely little bracelet. We got a 17" and fitted beautifully with room for added charms. We bought for a slim/skinny wrist.My daughter size 12 dress was a 18-19" in the solid style bracelet. Really happy with the purchases.

I've had my bracelet for no more than 6 months. I only ever wore it to work (I work retail so the most i do is fold clothes) and when i'm out and about with friends or family. It has FALLEN OFF MULTIPLE TIMES. The first time, it only had one charm on it - when the bracelet broke i found the bracelet but no the charm - so I got new charms thanks to my dad and my boyfriend. After going out to eat with family, it's nowhere to be found and not on my wrist anymore. Which only means it FELL OFF along with all of my meaningful charms. Don't buy this bracelet. The LATCH does NOT latch VERY WELL. It's unfortunate but I've learned my lesson. No more Pandora bracelets for me!

I ordered the bracelet online during the Black Friday Sale to be picked up at the Cataraqui mall in Kingston. The inventory noted there were 2 in stock in the size and finish my son's girlfriend was asking for. I received an email the next day notifying me my order had been cancelled with no explanation. I just happened to be in the mall the following Monday and stopped in the store to inquire if they would be getting anymore in before the holidays and found that they had many in stock and it was the last day of the sale. I purchased it, but feel the customer service was bland. I got mine as a birthday gift and I had given my wrist measurement to my mom so she could get the right one. 7inches is my wrist size so the bracelet should’ve been 7.9? How does one measure their wrist correctly and the size chart is very wrong. The bracelet falls off my wrist. It shouldn’t be as loose for the size!! Please correct the sizing chart because it’s so misleading!!

I spent so much on that bracelet for it to be broken and horrible customer service in the store when I presented the problem. No offer of replacement. I cannot afford to buy it all over again let alone go back to Disney and purchase them over again because their terrible clasp wouldnt stay clipped when its supposed to be secure.
Absolutely gorgeous gift with 2 charms also ordered. I didn’t read the sizing instructions correctly and ordered wrong size. I returned and reordered. My refund was credited very quickly. The bracelet and charms arrive in lovely packaging with Royal Mail tracking. This is my first shop with Pandora but won’t be my last. A whole bracelet to fill. I recommend a gift from Pandora an ideal gift.
I received this beautiful bracelet with a bunch of charms from my Husband for Christmas. I absolutely loved it. I debut it for New Year's Eve. I wore it once afterwards and the clasp opened up. I lost everything! I didn't do anything strenuous, it wasn't rubbing on any clothes, it didn't get hit, it just opened! Even if it is found I'd be afraid to wear it anywhere.
I ordered 3 heart clasp snake charm bracelets as gifts for nieces. I received 3 barrel clasp bracelets with only one box. I have already given the heart shaped clasp bracelets to other nieces. It is important the bracelets match as 3 of the girls are adopted. It would be rude and unkind to give them the barrel rather than heart clasps. I contacted customer service and was told replacement bracelets with boxes would be sent in 3-4 days. That was over a month ago and I have not received the replacements.
