I was disappointed with this, it's a lot smaller than it looks in the photo. I don't actually mind the size of the pendant, but the chain is way too thick for it and I can't swap it as the pendant won't come off the chain. The chain itself takes away from the pendant as it's so think. Disappointing. The circle pendant bit is nice though.

I nought this necklace for myself. Family is very important so having a necklace to commemorate that seemed like a good idea especially as I could choose my desired pendant length.My necklace came quickly. However I was less that pleased when I opened the box and found a plastic bag with my necklace in it. Not great presentation. I discovered that the chain was the perfect length but the encircled pendent was less than 1.5 cm!! Some clever camera work showed the pendent to be much bigger.

Although I think the concept is sweet, sadly, I will be returning this item. The pendant is very tiny, less than a half-inch in diameter. (The item appears larger on the website.) However, my biggest disappointment is with the quality of the pendant itself. The interior of the circles appears tarnished, especially where the two main circles join. The outer circle, containing the stones, is dull, taking away from the overall effect of the sparkle feature. So much so, I could not tell which side of the pendant contained the stones. This was to be a gift for my daughter-in-law's birthday; however, I cannot rationalize giving her something I would not wear myself.

I don't understand how people go crazy with these jewelry!!! I bought this necklace as a gift and definitely had to return it to a Pandora store, I couldn't give it away! Looks so cheaper, it's a fantasy, how they charge you 85 dollars for a jewel that looks cheap??? I wouldn't even pay 5 dollars for this! It's definitely crazy
Lovely necklace for Mother's 80th. Would have been 5 stars had it not been for a small knot in the necklace chain which with the aid of a pin and a bit of jiggling and wiggling we managed to disentangle. Possibly necklace had already been worn and returned. Anyway end result was well received.

Necklace was lovely. It was the packaging and quality checks that was the let downInside the box was a printed Pandora note with bad language printed on it and this was a giftBit embarrassing when they opened it.Complained to Pandora, there response was we could change it and i can offer an apologyAll a bit too late at that point. The gift had been given the damage was done. Think the quality checks need to be better.
My hubbi just bought me the Family Always Encircled pendant necklace, for my birthday. I wanted something small but eye catching and this item is perfect. Bonus that the chain is three way adjustable too. Feels delicate on you and catches the light beautifully. Young woman in the Trafford store - Iqra - was friendly + helpful too. No waiting time or queues. Item was put in a lovely box and bag to take away. Have had lovely compliments for it already !
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter as a remembrance of her dad - so disappointed. The pendant is so much smaller then picturered - it’s not even a half inch in diameter - the picture is very deceiving by making it look larger then it really is. Pandora you need to state the size of your products! To make matters worse you sent it in a plastic ziplock baggie - what happened to the gift boxes you used to include? - shame on you!!! Next time I will purchase in an actual Pandora Store where I can see the actual product and they give you a presentation box and not a baggie - how cheap can you be!
