A disappointment. After a reasonably promising start, it is now down to only being able to cope with 2 sheets at a time after only 4 bin fulls of shredding. The auto feed is inconsistent and frequently gets stuck. I am only shredding normal A4 paper and have removed all staples before shredding.

So far, it seems to be holding up really well. It is quieter than the others I have used, which is good. The auto-feeder is impressive.

Bought this a year ago. Within 6 months a part had broken off and blocked the blades so we returned and re-ordered. 6 months later the blades on the new shredder don't shred anything anymore. Thankfully still covered under warranty but will not be ordering the same one again once refund comes through!

Great and quick
Good shredder although the explanation of how to shred credit cards and disk is limited, so much so I ended up getting a card jammed in the credit card slot with no way to remove it. The main shredder still works fine. Good feature that you can fill it with paper and leave it to get on with it. You cant overuse it too much or it overheats so its ok for a small office 15 employees but if you have more go for bigger model.

A friend had bought the Rexel Auto 200x which so impressed me I wanted one. This machine is a bit smaller and when I bought £100 cheaper 'only' taking a max 130 rather than 200 pages which didn't matter to me likewise no casters was no an issue. A month on I am very happy I bought this machine. I like to collect a batch of about 20 sheets and then switch it on to automatically get on with shredding which it does without incident or any overheating. I have also minced up my collection of old credit cards which I had been meaning to destroy but never got round to.
