From first contacting Thermosoft to discuss their products, the whole experience was first class. we carried out a video chat to discuss the floor plan that I had submitted and the product they suggested was correct for the installation. Discussions were transparent and very informative. After coming to an agreement as to the final product selection, the process went very smoothly and we received our units. They work very well and provide a comfortable heat for the 3 areas we required heating in.

Heaters are great, warm, can run them on a schedule, heat at random times using timer mode, easy to use, great to individually heat different spaces. Love the heaters, the app and also the towel warmers
We purchased two heaters a 500w and a 750w. We are still getting the settings set right but so far a pretty happy with the actual heaters. We have both of them set at around 15 deg as we are just wanting to take the cold out of a bathroom and a bedroom and they have worked very well doing this. We are just monitoring the cost of running them now and it appears to be adding about an extra $10 a week to run both heaters to our electric bill. We are in Tassie so that might add a little extra time when they are on. So far happy with the heaters.
I think the "plastic controller" on the side is a bit clunky and cheapIt works very well within the parameters it was designed for ...It is very expensive to run (even with solar on our residence - power bill doubled from $350 to $700 during the period we tested it)Would I order it again (& or more of them) .. yes
Prompt and polite delivery. Immediate response to a fault issue and immediate rectification of problem.
These things are so easy and work so well and loving being able to turn on and off as we please depending on what rooms we are using
