Bought this for a 4wd trip to Skippers Rd. Didn’t fancy reversing on this road without a good rear view ( what with some of the 150mtr drops and no way to pass vehicles on some sections. Camera is clear and has adequate viewing angles.

Meant to be gshock for when parked and car gets hit. My car got hit in carpark but it seems only to record moments AFTER the crash rather than the seconds before. At fault party left message but still in this day and age cant trust people. Would be great to have front camera in the middle though to ensure record both sides of car

Having the rear visibility is great. Note though that this unit is very wide and, with the placement of the front camera constraining how far left it can be moved, it blocks the rising and lowering of the sun visor in my Mazda3. Note too that the power connection utilises the 'cigarette lighter' port.

I bought the MCPK-965DVR (the full screen version that they sell but is not listed) a bit over a year ago. Straight off the bat I realised that the front camera looks off towards the passenger side not directly to the front, and it's even worse if you are "blessed" with short legs. And the Voice activation doesn't work that well with my Aussie accent.Oh well buyer beware.But the big issue with this unit is that the voice activation listens to the radio and conversation in the car and flicks and off, swaps between cameras, locks videos and takes pictures. And before you wonder the activation words don't get used.So it's a bad design and the rubbish voice activation makes it dangerous especially at night.And top it all off it's battery started playing up after ... Great product. But is a bit hard to see screen at times as you get quiet a bit of glare reflecting , but i think its the same with all brands

It was very easy to install, and works very well, we fitted it to Mitsubishi Lancer, with a great result
Camera worked the first day I had it then the next day it stopped working went to several auto electricians to solve the problem they couldnt solve told me to return this product. Told me it was a faulty, took this camera back as it is not worth my time and money for it to work one day then stop the next day
I bought this to use as a front parking camera.Didn't need the reverse trigger wire to activate the camera, which is a bonus! just press the screen to activate the camera.
