I recently picked up the Patrick Ta Blush Duo in She's Blushing, and I am absolutely in love with it! This duo includes two shades - a warm peachy-pink and a deeper rosy hue - that can be worn separately or blended together for a custom look. The formula is incredibly silky and blends out beautifully, leaving a natural-looking flush of color on the inside cheeks. Both shades have a subtle shimmer that adds a gorgeous glow to the skin without looking too glittery or over-the-top. What I love most about this blush duo is its versatility - it's perfect for everyday wear, but can easily be built up for a more dramatic look. The compact size also makes it great for travel or touch-ups on-the-go. This blush is amazing! It gives me the perfect amount of color and it's super easy to apply. The packaging is also really cute and it's very easy to use. What I really love about this product is that it's super long-lasting. You can apply it to your cheeks and it stays put all day without smudging or fading. Plus, it's very affordable, which is always a plus in my book. The crème formula is perfect for those with dry skin. It glides on smoothly and blends out seamlessly. The powder formula is perfect for those with oily skin. It applies evenly and doesn't get patchy throughout the day. The shade She's So LA is the perfect pinky-nude shade that's perfect for everyday wear. It's subtle enough to wear to work but can easily be built up for a night out. I was initially skeptical of the color (She's Baked) because it seemed a little dark and reddish, but boy was I wrong. It creates a beautiful sun burnt effect that livens up my skin and gives a gorgeous wash of color all over. The powder is a little lighter in person, but the creme seems to be consistent in color.I used a natural hair blush brush on my primed skin to apply the powder first. It is not powdery, but also not too stiff. A few gentle taps on my brush was enough product for each cheek. It is easy to build and blend, but I can also sheer it out if I go a bit overboard without blending all the color away. I applied it to my cheeks, nose, forehead, and chin with ease. It left a slight luminosity to the skin with no visible shimmer or glitter, though some is visible in the pan.Next was the creme. I used a damp beauty sponge to apply since I don't like to get my fingers dirty. The creme required a bit more give to pick up the product, though not to a fault. It applies more on the sheer side so I did not feel like I ruined the powder beneath. If anything, it slightly intensifies the color and leaves a gorgeous sheen. It added an extra level of dimension to my skin that was glowy, not greasy.I am not sure if I would use the creme on its own because it is more sheer, but I would like to experiment on top of other powder blush formulas. After a few hours wear of being outside and then under a mask, I noticed some of the sheen had worn off, but the color was still there. I really think I could fool others into thinking I was actually a bit burnt! The color was so natural and blended into my other makeup (foundation, concealer) seamlessly.Just wanted to mention that the compact has a weighty feel to it- something I didn't expect but was pleasantly surprised.TL,DR: The powder is buildable, blendable, and easy to work. The creme is sheer and looks heavenly over the powder, though I probably wouldn't use it on it's own.

Great duo
27 October 2022

I love blushes. Even in the thick of the pandemic when we work from home all the time and wear masks outdoors, I still wear blush and normally rotate different shades every day. I have been eyeing this shade (She’s That Girl) for a while but it’s been out of stock for the most part. When I saw it back in stock, I knew I had to get it. Great duo - the powder and cream work well on their own, but together and applied the Patrick Ta way, whoa! I like the consistency and convenience of having 2 options in one compact, and I especially like this color. I might even buy another shade in the next few months; that’s how much I liked this! Just a little pricey and smaller than I expected, but, a good buy nonetheless.

I wasn’t sure the formula would be mind blowing but it is literally the best blush combo I have ever tried. I do the powder before cream method. The powder is the most smooth formula I have. Most of my other blushes, I have to have precision is application. This powder just blends itself. BAD BAD BADI own 30+ blushes. Anything from $4 drugstore blushes to Hourglass and Charlotte Tilbury blushes. I have NEVER, I mean NEVER, had blush perform like this. I first tried the cream, it barely had any color. I am a very pale person. It was almost non-existent. That is fine, I put the powder on top and it stuck like glue. I blended it out as best as possible gently. It was patchy, blotchy, and removed my foundation underneath! According to Patrick Ta the powder should go first then the cream (which is backwards compared to most advice). So the next day I thought I would try the powder first. It did the SAME THING on top of dry foundation (no cream yet). It stuck exactly where my brush originally placed it, struggled to gently blend it. It was so patchy. Yeah I have had some bad liquid/cream formulas before but not even the cheapest of powder blushes have ever done this. I am returning.

Stunning color and so versatile!
17 August 2023

After loving the bronzer, I had been dying to try a blush. I love the versatility and value of these products with cream and powder, and I think it's even better with the blush formula. I've been trying to do my blush everyday in the Patrick Ta style with powder then cream, and it gives a stunning affect. If you want that slightly glossy but punchy cheek, it's perfect. If you do it reverse with cream then powder, it really helps the stay power of the color. The color description is "deep plum", but I don't think that's very accurate. I find that Oh She's Different is more of a deep pink with rust tones and very slight berry undertones, rather than plum. I really recommend this product and shade!

This combo is unreal! I had She’s that girl and loved it’s girly pop pinkness on my mixed skin because I could wear it pale or tan but decided to try She’s Wanted and wow I love it so much! It is more pigmented than my first one, you just need a little bit and it’s very buildable. It resembles like blood under the skin in color but on - it’s very pretty and buildable. I usually do the powder first then the creme and love the way it lays. It goes well with my yellow undertone. It reminds me of a fall color palette/ October vibes! It’s consistency is very smooth and blend-able on skin. Convinced my 55+ year old mom to get one next!

Versatile Blush in a Beautiful Compact, inside&out
21 August 2023

New favorite blush! I love the versatility of this blush. I can apply the creme to look dewy and translucent then apply the powder to finish it off. Or, apply the powder to get a more matte, dryer look. It depends on my skin that day and what I want to achieve. Apply more or less to get the intensity you desire. I got it to use over the summer to look fresh and youthful but will definitely try other colors. The rose gold packaging is beautiful!!! I LOVE the hinge attached plastic clear cover (not just a removable plastic sheet) on the creme blush that protects it from dust, dirt, and the product from getting on the mirror.
