I got a super short cut and wanted something to add alittle texture. I sprayed it and thought oh I love this stuff! After using it for a few days I noticed my hair feels sticky and it won't wash out. My hair looks and feels dryer.I have used many products in the past with short cuts but this stuff is the worst.....the girl who cut my hair said if you don't like the products just bring them back well this one is going back....

It won't wash out. I tried Paul Mitchell Shampoo, body wash, face wash, and dish soap. I ran out of hot water. It won't wash out. I put some jojoba oil in my hair hoping that would break it down. You know, like using oil to remove sticker residue on picture frames. Now, the oil won't wash out of my hair. Paul Mitchell, this stuff is awful. I expect better from your products. A very dissatisfied customer.

I thought this product wasn’t going to work because honestly spray wax just sounds weird, but it blew me away! It leaves a matte finish and holds so well that even wind won’t mess it up. I love how this makes my hair appear thicker. I have using this for years and my only complaint is that the spray nozzle clogs easily. After several times of unclogging it, the nozzle just stops spraying so a lot of the product is wasted.
Bought this for my grandson & he finds it easier to use & style his hair after spraying. Only needs a small amount and it lasts all day. Very user friendly if you don’t like wax on your fingers :) He doesn’t aged 11 :)
It did not work well. I only bought this as I was in the store in Waldorf MD and they did not carry the product I love Lanza Air Paste. I have ordered Lanza Air Paste online a few times and every single times I do online, it stops spraying or doesn't spray at all. I purchased a can in Annapolis MD and I was so happy they had It, should have bought more.

In order to achieve a straight style, I have to blow dry and then go over my hair with a flat iron or curling iron to finish the style. I use this spray way after the blow dry and before the heat styling. Just apply a light mist all over--a little goes a long way. Too much and like any other product, it will leave your hair heavy, dull and with a lot of build up. I then go through with the heat tool of choice and that's it. My style lasts all day, no need for any additional holding spray. I'll sometimes go over it with a spray for added shine, but that's it. My only complaint would be that the nozzle often clogs. This seemed like what I was looking for- something to give my hair a little texture and lift. Not so much. It was heavy and extremely waxy. It took a number of washes to get rid of two quick spritzes. Retuned the next day. Not for me!
The product is good, but customer service is awful and does NOT stand behind their products. Nor will they post a review that reflects negatively on them OR their products. Buy something else. You will probably get BETTER customer service than this !
