I've tried so many hyaluronic acids since I have pretty dry skin. It's surprising how different they can be!! I like that this one isn't sticky like some others that I've tried. It feels like it sinks into my skin quickly and easily leaving it bouncy feeling. The air is still pretty dry where I am while trying this out, so I personally think a different HA would be a better fit. I'll be back to this one when the seasons change for sure. I was gifted by Paula's Choice, but I like it enough to buy it when the times right.The 3/4 visual picture is before, more side profile picture is after applying the HA.

A HYDRATION BOOST!!

My skin LOVES this hyaluronic acid! A little bit goes a long way! It’s a thin gel formula that one pump covers my entire face, neck and décolletage! I like putting this on over the rest of my skincare or adding this into my moisturizer for that added hydration boost. Everyone who is complaining about this i don’t think they realize that this is a CONCENTRATED product so you’re meant to dilute it and in my opinion it is deff worth the price! I love layering this over Paula’s choice AHA gel too and this is perfect to overtop any retinoids so you don’t get the retinol uglies lol. My skin feels like it drank a gallon of water after this !! what I love about this is that it deeply penetrates my skin, so I feel like I’m really getting that plumping nourishment. I Was Using it "Wrong"

I stopped using this HA product for 2 reasons. The first was because it would "pill" a lot, which meant I could not wear it under makeup. It just wouldn't "play well" with other products I applied after it. Second was that, like a couple of the other reviewers stated, I felt it was drying out my skin, not plumping it up. One day I was watching two of my favorite dermatologists on youtube (who by the way happen to recommended several PC products) where they were discussing the correct way to use HA. It caught my attention because they said if you are using it how they feel is "incorrect" that it could actually dry out your skin. I love Paula's Choice products & have a great routine built up made of the Resist, Skin Recovery & Clinical lines. I also use the C15, Peptide & Moisture Renewal Oil Boosters so I thought since this product is supposed to hold in moisture, it would be great for my dry skin....But nope. It sunk into my skin very quickly & left it feeling extremely dry & tight. I certainly wasn't expecting that & so I tried a few more times & each time had the same result. Irritating if your skin is actually dry and dehydrated

I have used different PC products off and on for over 10 years, some left me unimpressed but never irritated. I avoid fragrance in all my products and keep any actives on the low side. My skin was dry and dehydrated from winter and occasional retinol use so I cut back all my products to just a hydrating fragrance free cream cleanser and French pharmacy brand moisturizer for dry sensitive skin for a week. It worked in calming my skin down but it wasn't quite moisturizing enough so I thought I would add something healing and benign like this serum with HA and ceramides after cleansing and before my moisturizer. This may work if your skin is already healthy but then why would you need this serum? Seems like a lot of people are reaching for this to help with dryness and dehydration, and rightfully so because that is what it is claimed to be for, but it is too strong and irritating when your skin is in a weakened state. Wouldn't recommend. It also seems like a terrible value, it comes in a bottle ½ the size I was expecting and pumps out a huge amount.

Love this product & packaging!

I love this Hyaluronic Acid booster! I’ve never used this ingredient in a gel form but I’m a huge fan of it. The texture is thick and a little bit of product goes a long way. The lightweight gel quickly absorbs into the skin and doesn’t leave a tacky feeling that I sometimes get with hyaluronic acid. My skin feels so hydrated and plump after and I love the pump applicator! After a few uses my fine lines were definitely less noticeable and my skin texture felt more smooth/less textured. PC can do no wrong for me

Gifted by Paula’s Choice. PC serums are so elite. Definitely in my top three brands for serums. They just work. This one is super hydrating, and my skin soaks it up immediately. My sensitive skin tolerates it really well and it works great with my other skincare. My skin has been so plump in the morning when I wake up since I started incorporating this. If you’re on the fence about this brand, just try it! I got this for free but I’ve spent a lot of my own money on their products because they work so well.

I received this complimentary from Paula's Choice in exchange for a review; these are my honest opinions.PROS:- lightweight serum texture that absorbs quickly without sticky residue- layers well with other products- no discernible scent- convenient airless pump packaging is great for travel (no glass!) and ensures that I'll get every drop out of the productCONS:- the price - there are so many hydrating serums on the market for far less than the cost of this product, especially since it is about half the size of a standard serum (0.5oz vs 1oz)- I do wish this came in a larger 1oz size, as I think I will go through this quite quickly
