Paws & Claws Portable 63cm Dog/Puppy/Pet Indoor Training Potty Grass w/ Tray

Good product if you need it for a very short period of time. Tray is very shallow so fills up quick and very annoying to balance if you have to carry it to toilet or a drain.

The grass matt I received was physically too small for the tray. My chihuahua has to physically step up onto the tray to use it but likes the large surface area.

Disappointed

Fake grass is just sitting loose on top of the tray therefore puppy just wants to play with it. Tray is a bit too high for puppies to easily step up on.

Don’t purchase.

Not a good product. My dog only used it a few times and the backing falls apart and it smells and it’s hard to wash without the black backing coming off and it was difficult get the smell out. The refund process was too expensive to send back to the supplier, so I was left with a product I couldn’t use and couldn’t obtain a refund.

Functionaly good but grass poor quality.

Its ok but the grass falls apart very easily and makes a mess. Better quality fake grass would be better.

Low quality

Very low quality astroturf falls apart easily and leaves black rubber particles whenever it is touched or moved. I cannot believe that it is a safe product.Plastic body appears better, though does not drain into the removable tray effectively.

Not good for puppies who like to chew things.

Grass top doesnt clip on so puppies kept pulling it off and trying to chew it up. Left black powder (for want of a better term) and strands of the fake grass.

Poor Quality

Not happy with the price versus quality. Grass mat is very cheap and messy. Puppy slips and slides whilst stepping onto it also.. therefore puts puppy off from using it.

Replace the mat and it works well!

The artificial gras mat started to dissolve after 1 day use!!! It was a big mess trying to clean the mat. We ended up buying another artificial gras mat of better quality ourself to replace it. The unit itself is great and easy to clean. We put cat litter in the draw.

great help for a senior dog as well, no training needed here

Great product for a medium size dog. My dog used to it straight away. He is a senior dog (14 year old) with some walking difficulties, stairs don't help.. so this product was a great aid for his dignity when he can't go downstairs to the nearby garden.
