Well I have had this product for a month and my dog hates it and has chewed through the cover, he never sleeps on it. Try to contact this company and they won't refund anything because the damage is caused from an animal. I'm pretty sure this product is made for pets not humans and they won't warrant it after saying it can withstand it, big claim to make and say helps relieve stress (again another big claim) who has this product been tested on? They don't seem to care once they take your money and clearly don't warrant their own products (that are designed for animals) so not quite sure what they are giving a 2 month warranty for (was is very poor, to offer only 2 months) the $60 is not the issue here, the issue is what it states on the product and when I first purchased the product I contacted them and said he Hates it, the response was give it time. I believe this was just to get through the 2 months in order to not have to give me money back or whatever. Now they don't care at all. When you state a product does something or can then you must be able to ensure that is true and warrant your product. I'll never buy from this company again as they seem ingenuine and just take advantage of consumers to line their own pockets! ACCC essentially states if a product doesn't do as claimed or stated then consumer is eligible for a refund/repair or compensation. Since this product doesn't do anything of what it states in the product review, then I should be getting a refund. Steer away from this dodgy company, 2 months and my dog has hated it from the get go!

Love this mat - my dog loves it too. He's never off it. He walks around, to change position and then he lies back down. He's a 6 1/2 year old greyhound. The mat must be great for his bony, muscular body - he was a racer. It stands up to his powerful scratches - the cover stays intact and soft, and he breaks the convoluted foam tips, not creating a mess!! - but it's still looks good. I bought it in teal and I love the colour.Will buy another one, but larger this time - as he prefers to stretch out, rather than roach.

We bought this to replace a larger one we have had for some years. Unfortunately our dog couldn’t handle the plastic cover on the cushion part, so I decided to remove it. Well trying to get the cushion back in the cover created a nightmare. We eventually got the whole thing back together but noticed the zipper was wrecked so it was back to the bin and rescuing the old one.

I already own 2 of these and love them - so purchased a 3rd this year when i got another dog. But was BITTERLY disappointed when i received it. I can only assume they have changed the fabric/foam to something inferior, as now it makes a loud and cheap sounding rustling noise when you (or your pet) steps on the mat. It is not what i would expect for the price paid. I used to love these mats for my dogs - but the latest ones are not made to the same standard as those purchased 2 years ago. Whatever they have changed is a downgrade!

For the price, we were very sceptical at first as the cover on first glance seems very thin and you can see daylight through it. We have a new Greyhound who likes to scratch their original beds before settling in. The foam also didn’t look all that supportive.However, we were presently surprised. Both our dogs took to it immediately and settled in. There is no scratching of the cover and although they seem to sink into the bed it is sufficiently supportive. I have sat on it to brush their teeth and it is comfortable.
