I have bought this several times and will continue to use it out of convenience because of the size, however I am disappointed in the texture as I can't tell a difference between this and the almond meal sold in supermarkets. I assumed the Almond Flour would be much finer in texture as it costs more but it's not. Perfectly fine for normal cooking requirements. Price is an issue.

This is the second time I have purchased almond flour. I will not buy any imported products so if I can't buy Australian I won't buy it. This almond flour is a great product. It has a wonderful taste and my baking is very moist. I use a lot of almond flour and will continue to buy from PBCo. Thanks for a great Australian product.

This is truly the best Almond Flour. Texture is perfect as it is, or it can easily be sifted. Some Almond Flours have a sweet taste, but not this one - the taste is amazing and it works well for both sweet and savoury recipes. Definitely a winner!!

I bake a multitude of Keto/Low Carb goodies using different brands and some no-name brands of Almond Flour. This is the first time I've tried the Premium Almond Flour from PBCo and I've found it to be of excellent quality. It isn't lumpy and stodgy like some almond flours can be. It's light and finely ground. The competitive pricing for a kg of good quality Almond Flour is less than $20 and most importantly of all, the baked goods turn out nice and fluffy! Personally, I'd prefer this product to be sold in 1kg packages rather than the 800gram packages you purchase them in. That is the only reason I haven't given this product a 5 star review.
I have just started my third bag of this flour and finding it to be a good product. The price is better than my local supermarket due to the larger bag and bulk buy options. It has a nice pale colour and is free of any brown outer skin pieces. It has worked well for my blueberry pancakes. I will order again.

Excellent product. Made keto almond cookies which turned out very well. The inside of the cookies are light and fluffy thanks to the fine grade of the flour. Crisp texture outside due to addition of coconut meal.
Wonderful! I have substituted some almond flour into all my baking recipes. eg. If the recipe calls for 2 cups of flour I will substitute 1/2 to 1 cup of almond flour. My children and grandchildren love the flavour and always ask for Nanna's baking eg. Nanna's banana bread.
The almond flour was amazing and the price is so good compared to what we get in stores elsewhere. Amazing quality.I also purchased the crumb and this has replaced me using panko. I was anxious at first, but the crumb was delicious and required really no added seasoning!Will definitely buy again!
This is a very good product. Just a tad finer and it would be perfect. It is almost there - somewhere between almond meal and flour. I use it in all my cooking and comes out well, though slightly denser than gf flour which I used to use.
