I donāt know when I started buying this product, but I use it almost every day.As someone who doesnāt make smoothies, because I prefer eating my food to drinking it, I add this to sauces.For example, if I am making an Asian style stir-fry and I want to thicken the sauce, instead of using cornstarch, Iāll add a tablespoon or two of peanut powder.It creates a rich, interesting flavor.Itās also wonderful in anything African, or a curry.Iāve even used it in miso soup.Last, but not least, itās a fabulous way to sauce up peanut ginger noodles. Instead of using messy peanut butter, which tastes delicious, but takes more time, I use this as the base with ginger, garlic, a little water, a little sugar, toasted sesame oil, and Sriracha.

Great low fat and sugar substitute for regular processed peanut butter. Much less fat and calories and the taste is "almost" as good as the one with oil and sugar. Come on, that always makes it preferable. I've used this product along with other calorie reducing practices and have lost 20 pounds since Jan. 1, 2023. Not bad for a meeting a New Years Day resolution.I mix up a small batch, for several sandwiches, and keep it on hand in the refrigerator. I have it with reduced sugar jams or jellies to keep the calories to minimum.The price at Sam's ($/weight) is the best you'd find anywhere, and the dry powder has a long shelf life.I hope to loose another 10 pounds by 1/1/2024. I'll settle for 10.
I love this product. I think this product is an excellent alternative to protein powder especially if you are concerned with ingredients. This one has clean, simple ingredients. Tastes great with smoothies or adding to ice cream/yoghurt for a protein boost. But it has added sugar, so I do find it can be quite addictive for someone like myself who tries to keep sugar intake minimal. It would be better without the added sugar so that we can modify the sweetness with a better option such as honey or dates. But I think I'll buy this again. The size is just nice, it doesn't take too much space.
This honestly has very little taste in my Vega smoothies. I bought this brand because it had more protein than all of the others. Honestly, Iām going to buy a raw peanut or almond butter to replace this. This Stuff is GREAT! I have never had a cholesterol problem but at my last Dr. appt I was told my Lipids were elevated. I love peanut butter and PB&J is one of my favorite things to eat. PB has 12g for low fat and 16g for regular PB for 2Tbs. This PB powder only has 2g of fat for 2Tbs. The flavor is wonderful and I will not go back to using the regular PB. I have used the powder to bake with as well when I want to make PB cookies; works amazing. If you are a PB lover, and whether you have high cholesterol or just want to eat more healthy PB fit is a hit. I highly recommend this.
