PBfit Peanut Butter, Protein-Packed Spread, Peanut Butter Spread, 16 O

So I’ve never heard of the PB fit peanut butter spread but I’m glad I gave it a try. It’s 100% plant-based with 42% more protein compared to other peanut butters, the usual peanut butter that we buy. I got the smooth. Traditional peanut butter is very heavy and sometimes hard to spread where this peanut butter is runny which I expected because a lot of the all natural nut butters are also on the runny side. It does have a bit more sodium than I would like but the taste is wonderful it says I’m getting extra protein so I recommend this PB. My family seems to really like it. Now my family I have no younger children so I can’t review this product for younger children and that much protein but the rest of my family really like it.

I've been looking into eating healthier so I got this PBfit protien peanut butter spread to try out. It's 100 percent plant based, and has 42 percent more protein. It has a very runny consistency, but it's very thick and creamy when eating. Unfortunately, I don't care for this one at all. It has a chalky like taste to it. I've tried it several different ways, on toast, crackers, by itself, etc. It leaves a nasty taste in your mouth even a few minutes after eating. The thickness also makes it a little hard to swallow at times. Although I do like that it's a lot healthier, I just cannot get past the taste of it.

Arrived well packaged but was left in my mailbox in AZ and it was hot upon getting it. I let it cool and settle for a few days. Right off the bat I dislike the seal under the lid. It does not come off smoothly or easily. First impression is the consistency is thin and watery and quite different than normal peanut butter. For this reason I would say it would be best used in smoothies or for dipping. I probably wouldn't try to spread it on toast. I found that it has good flavor but is admittedly a little chalky and not quite as smooth tasting as a traditional creamy peanut butter. However, I was expecting this to a degree though, considering the plant based ingredients and more protein. It i is definitely still pleasant enough tasting though and my husband actually ... MoreArrived well packaged but was left in my mailbox in AZ and it was hot upon getting it. I'm not impressed that it has quite a bit of sodium though, 150 mg compared to another cheap brand with only 135mg. Additionally, it is only 1 gram less in fat, carbs, and sugar. While I think this is a great option for someone looking for the protein boost. I can't say that I would necessarily choose this over another brand though if considering price, nutrition facts, and consistency/taste.
