I purchased this to switch between three primes on a trip to the west coast of the US. I've found that it works best using two anchors and a Peak Design strap slung across the body. Using the V3 capture also works, but depending on the weight of your glass it could fatigue your shoulder or bounce around while you walk if you attach it to your belt.I've also seen several reviews complaining that it is plastic. Although it is predominantly plastic, it doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart, especially since the E-mounts are metal. This brings me to a point I don't like. I was very surprised that a peak design product was so cheaply made after purchasing several peak design products that are well made with metal parts. This product has a plastic base which I expect will easily break and I am worried that it will not support the weight of a heavy lens. Also, one of the plastic caps fell out. I am worried that this could also happen with a lens. Therefore I cannot recommend this product unless you have only light weight lenses.

It is extra weight to carry if you are carrying a full bag already, but if you are going out wit just a couple of lenses It would work.
With the lens kit attached to the Capture, it made lens changing a breeze. And safer. No more risk of dropping a lens due to clumsiness.
I have a Nikon F version. This is kind of a clever device. Works as advertised. My complaint is that body caps, including the caps that come with it, don’t stay on very well. In particular I would like to park a “nudie” cap for a teleconverter there but it would fall off. So I have to store the teleconverter cap elsewhere and dig it out when it’s time to park my teleconverter.
Great for on location shoots, or even just walking around taking vacation shots when you want an extra lens to be easily accessible.
