Pedigree Medium Adult Real Beef & Vegetables Dry Dog Food 20kg

A household name I remember from childhood - so they must be doing something right to be around that long! My dog gets bored wth dry food and I often had to mix it up every couple of weeks. She took to the Pedigree dry food immediately and much to my surprise she finished the bag. She is used to dry food considered “high end” and not available in supermarkets. She did not have any adverse reactions and really enjoyed her meals.

I started by giving my dogs a 1/4 cup of pedigree in their nightly meal (both large dogs, who get 3 cups of dry food). Both are generally very tolerant of food changes but both developed serious diarrhoea after being given the pedigree. My compost bin enjoyed the rest however.

Our dog was very excited by taste. We filled a Bullymate toy with the dry food to slow down the eating & make it a more enriching experience. Tilda thought they were all treats - very excited. We usually feed Black Hawk which she eats slowly so considering the change. My daughter is in final year Vet Medicine & she scanned ingredients & was relatively happy with the quality. I will need her to look more closely before making a permanent change - but so far, looks great.
