Absolutely a gem! I moved to a new rental place, and both toilets in the property had a stubborn calcium deposit. I tried everything I could find on the internet, but none worked. I randomly searched for a different product and came across this. After reading the reviews, I wanted to give it a try. I poured the product before bed, and the next day, VOILA! It’s all gone; I just needed a flush. The best part is I didn’t even empty the toilet bowl nor scrub it in the morning.

We have had scale deposits at bottom of our toilet for years - I’ve tried to remove stains numerous times, and all other products failed to deliver. I applied this product (with water still in bowl) and reapplied twice, scrubbing and flushing in between applications. The scale deposits have been completely removed and the bowl is sparkling clean again. So pleased!

I tried everything to remove a thick crusty layer at the bottom of our toilet bowls when we moved house - scouters, Jex, vinegar, soap, bi carb soda, even Coke! Nothing worked.Read the reviews of this product here and recently tried it. Cleaned all the water out of the toilet bowl with a sponge and then poured this liquid in its place. I used jt undiluted to cover the stain completely and left it for two hours. Returned to scrub it and there was nothing to scrub! The horrible scale build up had completely gone and we have shiny new toilet bowls. Absolutely amazing! The build up comes from not flushing regularly after having a wee (which we do, but many don’t). Anyway this product is magic. Best $12 I’ve spent. Got many toilets or habitual offenders? This stuff is amazing. Had scale/heavy water buildup in toilets for ages, nothing worked, regular cleaning, bleach, numerous toilet cleaners.Just give your toilet the usual clean, then empty all water from the bowl with a cloth/sponge (reason for giving if a clean, you gotta get your hands in there). Squirt this stuff all around starting at top of bowl, cover the whole bowl, let sit for 30-45 minutes, most of the buildup just melts away, but the more stubborn parts may take quick a rub with the dunny brush, flush and check. Both our toilets only took one application and they looked like the pictures in some of these reviews to begin with. Highly recommend this stuff.
I bought this over 7 months ago when we first moved into a new rental. Our en-suite toilet had the biggest, most stubborn stain. I tried cleaning it with regular toilet cleaner multiple times but nothing changed. I then came across this product, so I gave it a go and it removed the stain! I didn’t drain the water, so because of the size and buildup of the stain, it took me 3 tries to remove it all. But each time there was a significant amount of stain that had been removed. Super impressed and would 100% recommend
I had a water stain down the rear of the toilet bowl produced by a leaking outlet valve. Tried CLR, White King, and various other cleaners with no sign of stain removal. Tried this peerless product based on other reviews and it removed the stain after several applications and zero scrubbing. Very pleased with the results.
The toilet bowl had many brownish water streak marks, cumulated over eight years. This product does work but needs some serious scrubbing with Scotch Brite and 3 to 4 applications. I wore gloves when using Scotch Brite to scrub as the product ingredient is acid.
I had a yellow stain inside the toilet bowl - where the water trickles down for a minute or so after the toilet's been flushed. I tried every toilet cleaner under the sun, but nothing budged it. After looking at other reviews for this product, I gave it a go with a guarded level of hope. I can happily say it does indeed work... but you have to scrub: if you just squirt it nothing happens. So, I squirted it all around the inside of the toilet bowl, left it for a couple of minutes, then scrub, scrub, scrubbed with the toilet brush. It removed most of the yellow stain, but not all of it. So, I flushed the toilet and repeated the above and voila, I now have a perfectly white toilet bowl!
Had a toilet whose cleaning had been neglected for years. Heavy buildup in various places, even above the rim where water had splashed, clung, and dried leaving various scale behind. No amount of scrubbing or toilet duck did anything, everyone was resigned to it being etched to the porcelain by now.Someone recommended this and I gave it a go. IMMEDIATE results. Decades of buildup gone in 20 mins. Splash on, wait a few mins, brush off. That's it.Why did I never try this until now?!?
Nothing was working on the brown buildup of 8+ years in the bottom of the toilet - tried bleach, vinegar, CLR.It took me quite a bit of scrubbing and about 750ml over 4 applications. I think if I had to remove this much build up again I’d buy the bigger 5L bottle, remove the bowl water and let the undiluted product soak - might come off more quickly. So happy with the result, the porcelain is smooth all over and sparkling clean - just like new!!
