Arrived with a broken frame and chimney. Screws started falling out after first use. Exceptionally poor quality, especially considering how expensive it was.

Hi the product came a bit broken but nothing we worried about but it’s now January and it’s falling apart. Not sturdy and easily breakable. It’s only been used a couple of times as it has become a danger to my young son who fell off it when a part broke off. It’s not worth the money at all.

This is the second train that came damaged. This is a child's toy with safety issues. Why isn't someone looking more closely at this item before it's shipped. Why is the screw sitting up like this.

Bought at Christmas for my little one he loved it. But two months down the line is now a hazard and parts keep falling off!! It’s been used a hand full of times! Absolute joke over 200 pound looks like it’s going to waste!! I’ll be rining this company later today for replacement.

Sometimes, unfortunate slips like this happen in factories, which is human error, and we've all experienced these types of inconveniences . However, that does not mean that the product is not good. We bought one of these trains for our daughter when she was only one year old. She absolutely loved it. We bought more track so that she could ride the train throughout the house. Our daughter passed it down to her little brother, who was 5 years younger. When he finally outgrew it, we sold it. It is one of the most rugged and best built riding toys that we ever purchased...and we purchased many. It really is a great product.I can't attest to customer service, but we didn't have any problems. When we contacted customer service to purchase more track, there were very helpful. We had no problems.
Train is durable and easy to use the only thing i dislike is the seat release for battery changing. the train is great used it for multiple riders at Christmas still running strong after 20 plus days of 4 plus hours of use.
My Grandson loved the train, However, when it was being assembled we noticed a small crack in the plastic on the side where the handle is. We repaired it with some glue and tape. We charged up the battery and my Grandson jumped on and was having a blast. We told him to push the siren button. He did and nothing. After he left we took the train apart looking for a loose connection. Everything was connected and the siren would not sound. Not worth the hassle of returning, It serves it's purpose.
Purchased this for my one year old granddaughter for Christmas. She loved it. The train worked flawlessly and whenever my son puts it away, she goes and drags the tracks out for him to set it up again. Set up is easy and the battery charge lasts a good long time. I highly recommend this product.
Merry Christmas this train was easy to set up hardest thing was applying the stickers lol. Came with a personalised number plate and works brilliant. Grandson a little hesitant as yet as he is scared of unfamiliar noises but he's still enjoying it.
The train was very fun the first days, then after a few weeks of use, it started falling a part. Plastic pieces wouldn't stay on the train, the engine or battery died after 1 month of use.I don't understand how this toy passed the quality tests but also the kids safety tests. It is one of those very cheap toys you buy and throw away quickly.Galaxus should avoid selling such "garbage"
