Pelican 1637 Air Wheeled Hard Case with Foam, Black
Secure Your Gear with the Pelican 1637AirWF Wheeled Hard Case The Pelican 1637AirWF Wheeled Hard Case in black is a lightweight, crushproof and waterproof HPX2 polymer hard case that will protect and store your sensitive gear. It features an updated push-button latching system that uses compressive force to tightly clamp the case shut on three sides. This edition of the 1637Air comes with three layers of Pick-N-Pluck foam that allow you to customize the interior to fit your specific gear. A solid base foam layer and a convoluted egg crate foam lid insert provide extra protection. Carry your case using one or more of the three over-moulded handles or extend the pull handle and tow it behind you on its two low-profile, quiet-running wheels. Your case is made of a super-light proprietary HPX2 polymer with honeycomb structural elements, which is up to 40% lighter than most other Pelican polymers. Case design features include an O-ring that seals it to an IP67-rating to make it dust and waterproof, dual 5/16" (8mm) diameter stainless steel reinforced padlock holes, and a pressure relief valve. This valve regulates the internal pressure, keeping your gear and the case from getting crushed and allowing you to open the case without having to break a tough pressurized seal that may develop. For easy identification, there's a polycarbonate card holder on the front of the case.

After staying away from big cased for my gear, I found the 1637 with the dual level padded dividers to be the best case decision I have made so far! it holds quite a lot of my gear in 1 container. No more lugging around lots of small cases when this one allows 2 camera setup and accessories in 1 manageable case. Now I am thinking of selling the smaller cases and get another one of these.

I have a bunch of these in different sizes. They never disappoint. I usually get them through a veteran discount site, but was pleasantly surprised to find them even cheaper here. Process was quick and easy and case arrived on time. Thanks a lot!

I've gone from a re-usable shopping bag to this!I haven't seen any photos that showed a professional and safe way to transport expensive PTZ Canon CR-N500 cameras to each live stream gig.Based on the measurements for two cameras, I settled on this since my other cases are Pelican Air. In the photos you'll see me testing the different orientations. I decided logo up and lens rotated to the side since I didn't want to immediately expose the glass.I watched a few tutorials and tips on how to pluck on YouTube and I will also try spraying this with Plastidip to make the foam last longer.I can't consider this a review, but based on my years of use of my other Pelican cases, I feel this will last quite awhile. I considered an inexpensive light stand / light roller, but I wanted a hard case.

First concern was that it is 62.13" while most American carriers limit you to 62". Secret hack: Go metric! They give you more space when you go metric, yay. Great case, makes me wish I got these instead of the 1615.
This is the third case that we got. We have been using this model and brand for several years, no issues found yet. Just minor scratchings inflicted during flights. It will be great to have more accessories to it, such tools compartments. Or individual boxes to place spare parts.
Pelican cases are legendary for a reason. Great build, super solid feel, and surprisingly light. Also, this is ORANGE orange. If you check this on an airplane, you definitely won't miss it on the carousel.
I've been searching for the perfect pelican case for a long time. I've bought several from B&H in the past, but I've finally found the perfect case for my gear. It's light weight and can fit all my gear.It fits my MacBook Pro 16", Alpa12XY( body), Alpa12Pano( body), 23,32,40,90mm Rodenstock lenses along with my PhaseOne IQ4/150 back along with countless cords and other items.Just a perfect case at a perfect price...
I've been a cinematographer for 38 years. I travel a lot. Cases are very important to me. This case, which I bought to house my Sony PXW-FX9 was perfect for my needs. It houses my camera, lens, viewfinder, and zoom handle with the extension perfectly. I'm extremely pleased with this product. I've never had a Pelican case that didn't meet my expectations, and this one is no different.
Is it possible to love a case? If so, then I love this one. It holds everything. The velcro straps aren't the highest quality way of holding things in place, but they're moveable and the modularity is excellent. This case does everything I want and it's EXTREMELY light, especially for it's size. It weighs less than my Pelicans that are half it's size.
After recently expanding into live streaming, I needed a case that would protect and carry all of my live streaming equipment. This thing has so much space and I love the different compartments it has. The ability to simply pull out the top compartment has been such an awesome feature.
