It’s a Pelikan. Writes like a dream. Piston filler is always preferable. Beautiful and total quality. Now to find a suitable ink

I Wanted an extra fine and ordered it. It’s directionally a little bit scratchy to the left. Using a loop I cannot detect any problem. I spoke with Goulet, And they offered support. I’m hoping to have a nib meister look at it @ The SF pen show. I’m comparing it to another extra fine pelican that I own. It is a beautiful pen and mostly writes beautifully.

I enjoy using this pen. I now have 4 Pelikan Souveran Fountain Pens, EXF, Fine, Med and Broad nibs. They are all wonderful and built to the highest standards. I have a number of other fine quality pens as well and enjoy all of them. But I find that on average I tend to reach for the Pelikan's a bit more often.

I bought this pen with a medium nib. I usually use broads, but I wanted a change. This is a wonderful writer! The nib writes very smoothly, but not buttery. And the nib puts out a good amount of ink, though not a gusher. The pen is comfortable for any size hand. It's light so my hand does not get tired. It posts easily and snugly. The piston mechanism is smooth. And the pen is awfully pretty. Yes, the pen might be a bit pricey, but for this quality and outstanding nib, I feel strongly it is worth it. I have other M605's with broad nibs and they are fantastic writers, as well, being very smooth and wet. I think it is worth the money.
I’ve been wanting this green/white m605 for a long time! I finally splurged and bought it. I am so glad I did! It writes beautifully. Nice and smooth with just enough feedback that I don’t feel like it’s too slippery when writing. It’s light to hold but is a good size for the average hand. I got the fine nib and I’d say it’s a bit broader than some other fines I have. But not too broad that you can’t write small, neat letters with it. The green lines of the pens body are gorgeous. Hard to capture in photos. Much, much more beautiful in person!! I’m very happy with my purchase!!
This pen is at once elegant and casual. It feels great in my hand and writes effortlessly. It has a timeless design with a bit more pizzaz than a solid black pen. Don’t hesitate.
I ordered - and paid for - a Pelikan M605 Stresemann a few months ago. I was nervous when I was told there would be a delay in shipment until December. The pen arrived as promised. There was nothing nefarious in this delay. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Iguana Sell. The Pelikan is perfect as expected.
This may be my favorite Pelikan finish of all time (with perhaps the exception of the vintage 400NN in brown tortoise). It is elegant and very pretty, and the material has a great deal of depth. I got an EF nib and the pen writes flawlessly with all kinds of ink. The price is high, of course, but for an SE it is understandable. I would highly recommend it.
I aboslutely love the smooth draw of this pen. It is super light in the hand but glides over almost all types of paper. The cap has a nice twist and the body shines in dim light. Absolutely draws glances and questions. I am larger in the hands and the M605 is about the smallest pen I would write with, but with the cap it feels grand. Pen Boutique is a pleasure to deal with and there was not a single hiccup.
I love the green and white version of the 605. It's definitely different compared to the rest of the Pelikan lineup. Feels great in the hand. Lightweight but not cheap feeling. Posts great with any noticeable backweighting. It's a Pelikan nib so it wrote wonderfully out of the box without any need to adjust it.Get yourself one of these while they are on sale (this was written 3/25/23) and you will not regret it. Super piece of art at a great price. Thank you Leena and the staff at Pen Boutique for getting this shipped out quickly and securely. I always love doing business with you.
