Penhaligon's Eau De Parfum Clandestine Clara Spray 75 ml

I wish more people had tried/reviewed this fragrance. This is a beautiful gem by Penhaligon. It’s a boozy rum/vanilla fragrance. As it dries down it gets more powdery and sweet. The longevity can be better but this a sexy-filled of compliments fragrance. I’ll advice it to be worn during cooler weathers

I had a little ad on Facebook to get a couple free sample sizes if I paid shipping for them both. Worth the shipping fee for sure. The Penhaligon's website is so fun to use. I took a quiz picking different cards about my personality which gave me three choices. I picked Babylon which I didn't see listed on here but is also 5 stars and Clandestine Clara. First of all, the name!! The name! It is absolutely adorable. The scents are both more spicy which I love. Babylon has some notes of sandalwood as well. Clara's scent is very woodsy and spicy with some citrus notes. This is not your average perfume and makes me think more of something like Tokyo Milk with longer lasting, stronger scents. Love them and the experience!

Beautiful fragrance! Powdered amber with vanilla and rum. Boozy quality mixes with the vanilla. Niche! You won't smell like anyone else wearing this! The bottle is superb, thick glass! I would buy this over and over again!

Received a sample of this. It's warm and spicy but not offensive. The vanilla is not overpowering and the cinnamon lingers like the closeness of a friend. The complexity hits like a fine aged wine on a yacht at sunset, with a trio of violinists playing in the background. I imagine this is what a spice market might smell like during the winter holidays. I would rush out and buy a bottle if it were not for the price. Also it is currently sold out on the manufacturer's website. There are plenty of fakes out there, but why take the risk?

This is one incredibly seductive beast. Clandestine Clara is a standout among the Penhaligon's lineup as it does not follow the usual soft and delicate stance. This is a boozy, amber filled scent that smells how red luxe velvet looks. Yes, it's expensive, even for a Penhaligon creation but it is expertly blended. The packaging is absolutely divine and it lasts much longer longer other fragrances I've had from them. If you're looking for a sophisticated, grown up whilst being sweet and sexy fragrance, then definitely give this one a try!

I love to put this on as I’m going to bed. Great for cold weather, the cinnamon-y, boozy, sweet opening makes me want to bundle up and cuddle - and never stop smelling myself!

I love this perfume.it’s sweet and spicy and a little boozy. This is perfect for the fall weather! It’s intoxicating and so good! It is expensive but I think this brand is really worth it!

I was influenced to try this perfume by Arnell Armon. I first ordered a small decanted sample and then I purchased the bottle which was a tester from a reputable perfume seller on eBay. This perfume is strong; it’s not for the faint of heart or for people who want a dainty scent that fades into the skin. It smells warm and spicy. The notes include rum, vanilla, amber, wood, cinnamon and patchouli. It’s a lovely scent and I’m happy to have it as part of my collection.

This is my one of my favourite perfume of all the portrait collection. This is boozy because of the rum but also has a sense of sweet due to the vanilla. It’s not overpowering, as it sits closer to the skin but it’s very seductive fragrance. I always wear it for dates and get a lot of compliments

Stunning Oriental Fragrance

My third falcon, so safe to say it's my signature fragrance. An enticing, sophisticated blend of exotic oriental, sweet & spicy; has brilliant sillage so easy does it on the application. Certainly not a fragrance for the faint-hearted.
