I've always used this particular Oil brand and spec ever since I owned my turbo diesel engine car due to manufacturer's specs. There are others meeting the manuf specs but this one seems to be a very good match for my requirements. Always oil change and oil filter every 7,500km over and above the service internal so to avoid sludge and contamination, maintain viscosity (and lubrication), engine performance and fuel economy.

Have always used Penrite Oil for both my vehicles and my mechanic swears by Penrite, excellent product, Australian owned and produced, worth every cent.
I've always used this particular Oil brand and spec ever since I owned my turbo diesel engine car due to manufacturer's specs. There are others meeting the manuf specs but this one seems to be a very good match for my requirements. Always oil change and oil filter every 7,500km over and above the service internal so to avoid sludge and contamination, maintain viscosity (and lubrication), engine performance and fuel economy.
Have been using this on my 2007 X3 ever since I took ownership of it and wouldn't use anything else now. Great oil which meets and surpasses OEM requirements. Expensive but worth it for the piece of mind.
I have tried a number of fully synthetic oils during the last 10 years with three that I would be happy to use again. However, if I am able to buy Penrite Enviro+ 5W-30 at the right price it would be my first choice every time.
I started using this oil 20 years ago when they introduced the service sticker as part of the packaging. Seemed like a great idea. Have been very impressed with the oil since then particularly when towing heavy loads as it just seems to be smoother than previous oil I was using.Very disappointed to see on the new packaging that they have discontinued the sticker. For oil that costs $80 you’d think an extra 5 cents for the sticker wouldn’t be a problem!!!
I use this oil on my VW turbo Tiguan. I get about 800km more range, (depending on whos driving), before needing to either, top up the oil or do a complete oil/filter change. This is compared to the "recommended brand" oil.
I use this oil in a VW 2.0 turbo golf. It’s a low ash oil rated 507-00 suitable for turbo engines with a DPF. 90K and no dpf problems. It’s not a cheap oil but is cheaper than paying for a replacement dpf.
This oil has a rating of 57 as specified for use with VW 132kw twin turbo 2.0L Diesel engines
Penrite just keep getting it right. Enviro+ 5W-30 is our preferred oil in the misses Golf GTI, since warranty servicing is now over, I switched to Enviro+ and the GTI (STORM) has a new lease in life. Easy starts quiet & smooth through out the rev range. We love it. I will not use another oil. Penrite Enviro+ is the gear !!!
