Penrite Green OEM uses hybrid organic additive technology (HOAT) based inhibitors that doesnt contain amine, phosphate and nitrite to provide excellent corrosion resistance and to extended service life up to 8 years or 500 000 km, whichever comes first. It is compatible with all plastics, rubbers and seals and will protect all surfaces from corrosion including aluminium and copper. Penrite Green OEM Concentrate is designed to mix 50% by volume unless specified otherwise by the vehicle manufacturer. Ideally mixed with de-mineralised water but thanks to the phosphate free formula Penrite Red OEM can be mixed with regular tap water. The mixing of coolant types and brands is not preferred practice. Switched to penrite coolants about 8 yrs ago in mercedes engine. Few yrs later problems arose. Always flushed and replaced coolant every 2-3 yrs. Last year had constant slight overheating problems. No Leaks system and engine maintained as required. Great product... The concentrate was a great price considering it makes up to 10 litres of coolant. which should last up to 8 years.. The undiluted 5 litre containers are never enough for the average family car, sports car, or 4WD. I like to shop around, and bought this on-line, on sale from Repco, which turned out to be the best value for money. I live in a rural area so it was handy that the store kept it aside for me until I was able to drive in to pick it up. Great service and buying on line was painless.

I am a long time user of Penrite products and this anti freeze did not disappoint. After following the directions I tested the levels and protection (with. Hella test tool gauge) and found it was better than expected. Aussie made and well worth the Money.

Combine this with demineralised water after a good flush and your cars cooling system will thank you.
Have used this Penrite Green and find it lasts and protects a long time - I have used it on my 6 cyl Ford Falcon for many years, 17 to be exact, done 332,000 klms and it works very well on a 50/50 concentrate mix or pre-mixed option. The only issue with radiators is, make sure you replace them with OEM style radiators not cheapies. I like the dark green texture because you can quickly see your fluid levels and the almost iridescent green fluid allows quick and very visible EARLY leak detection around engine bay and garage flooring, before radiator / hoses / water pump / thermostat / etc leaks can cause engine or auto trans overheating !
Good quality product concentrate suitable for engines requiring green coolant.
I think this Penrite Coolant represents excellent value for money and is a great product as well.
