Despite the high zinc content, this has proven not great as a sun safe tanning lotion. Also, slipped off my lounger and it stained my pool pavers.When I put it in my car per the recommended serving suggestions in the included recipe book, my car stopped its whining and complaining and seems to be running better. The dipstick even shows a reading now.Great oil Penrite!

It's an excellent oil, great value for money. Buy it on special. Compared to other oils it seems to keep the valve train quiet. I've used Penrite oils of all different types and viscosities on multiple cars and it's never let me down. Other competitors just don't seem to come close. Highly recommended 👌

I have been a regular user of Penrite products for many years now. I was converted many years ago after using the semi synthetic diesel oil in my old IHZ 4.2 Troopy. It is still running great with over half a million Klms on it. I must emphasise that I generally service all my vehicles at around 7,000 Kim intervals , the little service reminder sticker attached to the container proves very handy in this respect ! Honestly just trust this brand and pleased with the quality plus made in Australia. All my oils are from Penrite and have never had any problems with my vehicles, bold claims and it’s worth it. On every oil change the filter I use is Ryco Syntec Oil Filter Spin On, a little bit more expensive but you know everything will be working how it should and it’s just peace of mind really.
Compatible with 2005 Audi A4 B7 1.8l turbo - great oil at a great price (especially when on sale for just under $50 for 5L. Been using this brand of oil I’m my car since 2013 and it does a great job. Oil changes every 5000-7000kms as personal preference because car manufacturers often extend the oil change intervals to make it more enticing as ‘low maintenace’ but in reality no oil should go past 10 000 - 12 000kms between changes as it promotes sludge build up.This Australian made oil should be a go to for all. Keep your car going with Penrite oil and keep the Australian going by purchasing Australian made!
I have been using this Penrite 5W-40 Fully Synthetic for a while. It remains effective for a long period in my Hyundai i330 diesel. Because of my low annual kilometers, the oil is replaced once a year. I notice my local service org has switched to Penrite.
I have used Penrite oil on my Honda Jazz for over 200k (Car has 300k) and it's been great. Engine still running strong with no issues at all. Funnel attached to the container is completely useless though. I recommend getting another funnel rather than relying on that one.
Over the last 30 plus years friends and I have used many brands and types of oil in various cars and applications. Initially it was the name brands and known oil companies but that quickly changed with use, experience and tinkering with our cars. Penrite has been the staple for many years now and our go to oil for most car use. 5W-40 is used in the EVO and the Alpha R. Never any issues.
I’ve been using this oil in our ‘12 Td6 Territory for many years without issue. This and a ryco filter every 7500 k’s keep it going smoothly. Can be picked up on decent sale at Supercheap every couple of weeks. Paid $53 for the 6lt this time. Great value.
