Love my Pepperjack Shiraz. Always great, even better when on special. It's my go to red!

While Pepperjack lends itself to immediate drinking, I like to lie it down for a few years. The 2016 and 2018 are most palatable and worthy the wait.

I didn't want to fall victim to the Pepperjack craze, but when I saw a deal in store recently, I thought I'd find out what the fuss was about. I cracked open my bottle after a long day at work, let it breathe for half an hour and had a glass. Wasn't fussed and left it for a few days. Best idea. This wine really is a delight after longer aeration.
A very good wine and dependably good quality. It's good to just sip and excellent with a meal.
An affordable and reliable Barossa Shiraz.A rich, inky colour, ripe fruit balanced by firm acid backbone. Hints of spice and pepper. Great length and intensity. Would benefit from a year or two of cellaring.
Decision rick wine, perfect with any meal. Loved the boldness and richness fffff
I cannot go past this shiraz, it's full bodied and full of dark fruit. Goes so smashing well with a steak or anything bold.
This is the second order of Pepperjack Shiraz we've ordered through FC. It's a smooth shiraz, mid priced for everyday drinking.
Read the good reviews, and bought a bottle. Looks the part in the glass, deep rich red fruity colour, but could not tast the hints of fruit, I could not detect any sweetness.Actually was a little sour and I forced myself to drink the whole bottle and it just didn't get any better.
