I'll preface this by saying I'm fairly new to the protein game. I've tried samples here and there, plus common brands available on Amazon. They were all ~fine~ I guess, but annoying to blend and needed lots of additions to taste good. I have a dairy intolerance so I generally aim for vegan proteins, and the chocolate peanut butter did not disappoint. The flavor is good just in almond milk, and it actually BLENDS - I only need to shake or use a milk frother and it's chunk free. I've also mixed it into other ingredients and baked it, and it's great. Looking forward to trying other flavors.

I love the plant protein in Chocolate and also Peanut Butter. Both are amazing in the blender with other things, but are decent just shaken into cold water as well. Nothing gritty, no weird aftertaste. I actually look forward to my daily 198 cal/20g protein smoothie of Vegan Select Protein, almond milk, spinach, ⅓ banana, super seeds, and ice cubes. (Try the sampler pack to see which flavors you like best. That’s how I discovered the Peanut butter. Choc peanut butter is also amazing but I ordered a jar of Choc and a jar of PB and that way I can mix it or use them individually for variety).

I got the cinnamon delight. My experience of my first sip tasted like cinnamon potpourri used for christmas and fall decor. Perhaps I should have stuck with my go to flavor Vanilla. I try not to breathe when drinking this flavor so I don’t taste it. Also, when I mix in the PEscience greens, It does not go well with this protein, and it’s not only because of the cinnamon flavor, just the protein base itself. A tad but gritty also. This is my favourite protein powder! It tastes like peanut butter (much more so than any other peanut butter flavoured protein powder I've tried). It's plant based but not gritty like other plant based protein powders. It's quite smooth. The container is huge and lasts a long time (I use less than a serving at a time so it lasts me even longer). This is a great way to get in some extra protein or to use after a workout. I'm not a huge smoothie person but I add it to yogurt bowls or just mix with a bit of water to use as a base for toppings like fruit, nuts, seeds, coconut, granola, cacao nibs, etc.
By far this is the best protein powder that I have ever had. Great taste, mixability, versatility, and texture.Of the vegan flavors I have so far tried the Peanut Butter Delight, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Snickerdoodle, and Mint Chocolate. Other than snickerdoodle tasting like cardboard to me, they are all sweet, have smooth texture (with few variation between flavors), and are palletable. I've had all of them in water and/or milk and they both taste great and are smooth drinking. I recommend mixing atleast 1:2 (water: milk) if opting for a milk.

As a vegan of 6+ years, I've tried so many brands of protein powder. I never quite found my "go to" because they either missed the mark when it came to texture, taste, or quality of ingredients. I'm SO glad I purchased the PEScience vegan protein, it will now be my go to! I tried the peanut butter delight and cinnamon delight, both taste absolutely amazing on their own mixed with water, and I love mixing them with oats for breakfast. The texture is also so smooth, and I love the simplicity of ingredients. Additionally, I love that there's no hemp or pumpkin like in most other protein powders I was using, I definitely feel like this has helped my digestion.
This is the only plant based protein I've used that isn't gritty and has stays relatively thin and drinkable so you don't have use a liter of water to choke it down like other brands. I like both the chocolate and chocolate-peanut butter for regular shakes in water. The flavor is good enough that they don't need milk, but they do taste slightly better in milk (as with all other protein powders). I also use the Vanilla for fruit smoothies, because its fairly neutral (flavor doesn't come through in the final product). However, the vanilla is too earthy for a standard shake in water.
I’m lactose intolerant and decided to try the Vegan Vanilla. I spit out my first shake made with it. First time ever not liking a protein. I thought maybe I didn’t make it right. I used my usual almond milk, little bit of coffee and a scoop of protein. Made it again without the coffee this time. Still disgusted. I’m not sure what’s in it that’s making it taste foul. Really disappointed. I’ll still with the brand I was using for awhile. I bought this as my bosses use this and really recommended this.
I'm a personal trainer and HIIT coach at a gym and I have tried all the proteins. I even get a discount through my gym on a different brand of protein. But this one is the best tasting one there is so I buy it instead! I make my shakes with almond Milk and blueberries and I swear they taste exactly like I'm 8 years old and my mom just made pancakes and I'm licking the batter from the bowl. So great! I've also gained 5lbs of muscle since I began using this protein powder! What a great product! And no stomach upset from the whey since this is all plant based! Thanks PE Science!
