I've been using Creatine+ for 2 weeks now and I can already see that it's helping my performance in the gym. Even if it's a 2.5lb increase and 1 rep that's progress and I'm thankful that I can only assume it's because of this product. It's unflavored but there's a little something when it hits the tounge-not bad but also not completely flavorless. I mix it with water every morning and let it works it's magic.

I have been taking creatine for about there months now and I feel so good! I love that I can see progress after my workouts. I also appreciated that they sent two protein powder, pre-workout, and BCAA sample flavors to try. I've been hesitant to purchase their powders because it's so hard to tell if they're good or not, but they're snickerdoodle and cookies and creme were amazing! I just ordered the peanut butter cup next! I also love that they don't use Beta-Alanine in their preworkouts. I despise the tingle a lot of pre-workouts give you and I never have a good workout, but I had one of the best workouts when I took PEScience's preworkout.
This was my first time trying creatine and I waited about 2 months to write this review since I wanted to see the full effects. I take the product as directed (daily) and have noticed physical and aesthetic improvements. My muscles look bigger/more defined (especially my butt, lol my husband even noticed) and I have been feeling really strong and energized for my heavy lifting days.The taste is bland enough that I can mix a scoop with 2 oz water and just take it as a quick shot without being grossed out and I'm kind of a wuss with gross flavors. Definitely will buy again! not to mention the free samples of other products that came with the package. Super nice and got me interested in trying other PEScience supplements.
UnflavoredThis creatine is definitely my favorite out of a couple that I've tried. If you've tried certain other brands you'll know creatine can be very gritty, but this one is a smooth powder that mixes quite well in regular cold water. I can't say it mixes PERFECTLY- but in my experience no creatine really does. (You can also use a frother mixing.. thingy if you have one.)I used to take it dry and wash it down with water, which works fine, but nowadays I mix this with a different flavored powder supplement which I drink every morning.Having a daily powder supplement helps me get my water in the morning too! Highly recommend for any athletes/fitness enthusiasts.

The last 3 weeks I've been taking 1 scoop per day. You can drink it in a cup of plain water and not taste it. As far as gains, I've gained about 3-4 lbs of presumably water weight so far. This is now a staple in my daily supplements- I have 100% noticed a difference since taking TruCreatine! It’s suggested to take it even on off days from the gym; if I don’t do this, my muscles feel very sore & fatigued. I mix it with my Prolific & High Volume (original non-flavored is very chalky but bearable on its own). I highly suggest taking creatine to help aid in muscle recovery!
I hadn't used creatine prior to starting on PEScience's. Honestly, I wish that I had started using it sooner! They use the most evidence-based form of creatine w/ reasonable pricing. Add this to your life! The moment I actually got serious and started incorporating adding creatine in my active lifestyle was when I noticed a huge pivot in my physical appearance. My body and muscles recover faster and I feel like they are building "better".
