I bought the big box of these, I’ve been using them for about a month. I couldn’t figure out why the bag in my doggie trashcan was wet, the bags leak! They are very thin and of poor quality. I suggest if you’re going to purchase this maybe triple them up. What a disgusting, smelly mess. I’m going to try the Frisco brand by chewy instead. My customer service representative was awesome and understanding about this issue.
To date, I've used roughly fifty of these bags, and neither my dog nor I have had any issues. Full disclaimer: I can't say that I've truly tested my dog's strength or capacity because they weigh only 20 pounds (9 kg).One small benefit that I have observed is that, when beginning a new roll with a different brand, the tape occasionally tore a hole in the roll's first bag. The tape used by this brand is more brittle and does not tear the first bag on the roll. Additionally, the pricing per bag with the 1080 amount is marginally less expensive than other manufacturers I looked at.
I tried these bags to try to save on my normal bags. That was a mistake I won't make again! These bags rip very easily and have had to double bag at various times. My family gets frustrated when using them to walk my pup as well. Also, these do a HORRIBLE job of sealing in the odor! And I don't usually buy scented bags as it can be irritating to my sinuses so it's not because of that. Even once fully tied and multiple knots, the odor is very apparent. Not great when we collect a week's worth if bags until next garbage day. If you really need them, go for it. If not, try a better brand than this one.
