Hello,I cannot rate this product as I am still waiting for it.If is not here by next week I am going to need a refund, a part from the inconvenience of not receiving it when I needed…You see, I live remote and had to buy a used, enormous crate to transport my 4 kilos cat, and now I am in a place where I could buy a million P20 if I did not pay for yours, but I cannot do it as do not want another one having to transport it, store it etc.Very displeased with the service.

Product as described. When used I discovered I should have bought the next size up. Not quite al long as my previous carrier, however taller. Solid construction - exactly what I wanted
