I have bought this hay before and was happy with the product however this time around the quality of the hay was very poor. I received two 2 kg bags and both were terrible, it was extremely dry and hardly any green hay. I won't purchase this brand again as I can't rely on the quality.However the delivery is so quick and haven't had an issue with any products until now.

I've purchased this maybe four times now. It's great because it's cheap and a big bag - however.. I wouldn't recommend this as their only hay source. It flakes down to nothing, and is in small pieces already, so it usually just turns into a little hay bed/toilet. You'll probably see a lot of this not eaten and thrown away. But they DO eat it and enjoy it, but I have to provide other varieties of hay alongside it to ensure they get what they need nutritionally and to grind their back teeth down. Mypetwarehouse sell it at a higher cost than other places I've purchased from, which surprised me, but was happy to see it offered.

Have been buying this hay for about six months for my rabbit and have gone through about 8 2kg bags. Really happy with it until the latest bag which I bought last week - the quality dropped quite significantly for some reason and my rabbit doesn't seem to enjoy it as much now. Hopefully the next batch is good. Would hate to have to switch brand...
