We had been using cheap supermarket seed which only attracted pigeons. I don't know how the birds can differentiate a seed mix from afar, but they can. This seed has attracted blankets of white corellas, numerous rainbow lorikeets, and mudlarks (Mornington Peninsula Victoria). Thoroughly recommend.

It is a great mix of wheat, sorghum, corn, sunflower seeds, oats, barley, and other seeds, can't see any currants thought. Almost no contamination. I have sulphur crested cockatoos, rainbow lorikeets, corellas, kind parrots, even the local bush turkey loving it ( Sydney). Cheaper than the supermarket or pet shop and convenient as it is in bulk. Love this product.

A very good combination of seeds with little or no bits of useless stuff like small leaves, twigs, stones, or sand which only add to the dead/useless weight of the bag.
They do enjoy it, but there seems to be less sunflower seeds than other brands available.
