This product is so easy to set up and use and is informative with regards to your pets eating habits, etc. I like that you can dispense extra treats/feeds from your phone and don't even need to home. I wish I had known about this earlier. I definitely would have bought one.

Purchased the 5L one and use the Hills Science Adult Oral Care kibble.I had to turn off the notifications of when my cats came and ate since it's being shared between two cats the notifications became annoying by. Notification for food low is good, though I wish it would tell me it was low earlier by a few days.Besides that the device works great, easy to clean and I especially like that I can see how much food is left in the bowl (by weight) via the app.

We have the 5L one for 2 cats that eat Hills TD Dental Care kibble. Easy to set up, use and clean. Its been great to manage the consumption throughout the day but also has the option of an extra feed where you can adjust to the exact amount. Great buy!
Works as expected. Has been really helpful in maintaining feeding schedules for my pet! The APP is great for monitoring feeding. As someone else said, the dispensing amount can vary but generally it is pretty accurate. I would purchase this product again.
I had to look after a family member's cat so I ordered an automatic feeder and water fountain. The items arrived in Sydney in time for my cat sit. They worked perfectly and saved me a lot of drives back and forth. The added bonus was learning how often the cat eats, and when.Highly recommend the products and especially Modern Pets.
Absolutely fantastic…our cat is more settled now that she's having smaller meals more frequently without over feeding her. And the voice over is a huge bonus.
I got this so that I could feed by cat if I was running late from work. It also makes over night stays away from home stress free.The only issue I have with it is that it does not dispense very accurately. I think it’s because it has to be generic for all food brands and sizes. For example, if I ask it to dispense 15 grams it might dispense anywhere from 14 - 19 grams. Not the best if you want to be very accurate if your pet is on a diet.
I have both the old petkit auto feeder and the new one. The new one has different ui despite being on the same app strangly enough and the voice that comes out of the feeder is chinglish but i dont really care. It has a feature to keep calling your cat over until it sense that its near the bowl which is really neat. I honestly regret not getting 2 of these because the old version is highly lacking compared to this one.
Glad that I bought this product. Now I can control my cat daily consumption. Very easy to set up and to use and clean. Battery life lasts approximately a week.* (It could be varied. I don't know.)
