It is a bit hard to set the litter box on top of the legs and they move if you accidentally shift it. I was going to return it but opted not to because shipping would be more than the cost of the item itself. Maybe they need some sort of no slip pads on the bottom or a way to stick it to the litter box without messing up the weight sensors. If you can get it to align though, it fixed the weight problem my box was having and the results are more accurate. I would recommend getting some tile or wood and setting the litter box on that if you want more accurate weight to be sensed and less headache. Seller is super nice though! The customer service is amazing!

Why do the manufacturers of high end pet tech products think they can get away without providing a proper instruction manual with the product? This one comes with starter instructions and a QR code to a video and an app. I spent unnecessary time looking in the box for the N50 filter, which simply was not included. Then I had to watch and rewatch a video to try to figure out which litter attachment to use. Never did figure that out so I went with the one installed. Next time I have to do anything I will have to go back and rework through the app. You simply HAVE to include an instruction book for reference. Yes, I get that that involves technical writers and translators, but DEAL WITH IT!

We've had it for about a year. We bought it from Galaxus so it wasn't cheap.It did take a while, while we were experimenting with all of the settings, to get them correct for our cats. Early on, the poop was smearing on the walls, so we had to make the wait-time longer before the machine ran. That solved the problem by giving the litter more time to dry out the poop before the cleaning started. Recently, they added a setting to tilt the litter back and forth before it cleans itself. That has helped a lot because our cat never covers his poop.It isn't perfect, but it is pretty good. I've liked this automated litter box the best of all that I have tried. I have tried about 8 of them.
