Supplier said warranty could only be arranged by kicking the package 100 Yards into a headwind up a hill through a horse collar. Most annoying company to deal with given my time again I’d purchase a different product.

They last a very short time. For my Cavoodle I had to put a new one in the second day. She did not actually have the collar on more than a couple of hours. They are expensive. I would want them to be refillable once purchased
Bought the unit via Amazon and the refills from Bark Control as Amazon were out of stock. Collar works efficiently most of the time to reduce our dogs protective barking. Although she will still remind all birds and leaves that land in our backyard with one sharp bark. As opposed to the 3-4 minute barkathon.
i did not get to use it. While it was in transit the petsafe collar stopped working and we neede it replaced urgently. We were able to procure the old style collar which uses citronella from a can. Do you want your product back?
Our pooch has responded brilliantly to this product. Easy to use and worth the price. Cartridges don’t last that long so it’s best to purchase them through pet circle only. Reliable and fast shipment.
These citronella refills are to go with PetSafe remote spray collar. I have found this product works extremely well for my dog who has a habit of jumping and barking hysterically when she sees someone she knows (enthusiastic greeter!). I can walk her off the collar and immediately target the jumping and screaming and when the short spray of citronella hits her nose she stops immediately. I'm hoping in time, with targeted training, it will break the habit completely

Petcircles delivery is fantastic, the collar is effective however this item too costly as cartridges are short lived . I'd suggest people trying the newer collars that come with a can of citronella, maybe that will be better value for money.
