We've been using Petzyo for years now after much research into many brands, including veterinary recommended brands and the "fancy" brands, and discovered that they were all filled with things that I didn't want my Babies having in their little bodies. Petzyo food has mass amounts of nutrients, superfoods, and so many other benefits. The change in all of my Babies overall health has improved so much since transitioning to their food. In the years of using them, they've always been helpful, caring, and respectful. I've gotten confused trying to do orders etc. so many times (technology is not my thing) and I've always been helped, usually within a few hours max too. The team are always patient and understanding with me too rather than getting frustrated or annoyed with me. I honestly couldn't recommend them and their products more. *My Babies ages range from 8y/o to 14y/o*⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After committing some time to review and compare several different dry foods for our 5yo Beagle X I ended up with Petzyo and couldn't be happier with how it has worked out. Firstly, for our four-legged-free-loading-consumer, he loves it and it has been easily noticeable how much more he enjoys this over his previous dry food, which was a big surprise to me. Secondly, the communication from Petzyo around payments/shipments and the ability to postpone or modify dates etc. has been super simple and easy to keep on top of - which we needed as we adjusted to different food volumes/packaging with switching products. Decided to give Petzyo a shot! No regrets! My puppy was gassy and a little itchy when we first got him - we had been given Blackhawk puppy kibble from the breeder - I wanted to switch it up to a grain free formula and decided to give Petzyo a try. The difference has been amazing! We do mix it in with raw food for full disclosure. My only critique is that the kibble size is slightly too big for a puppy but with some effort he gets through it! Thank-you Petzyo!

I ordered this kibble after reading a review on a pet review site. I loved that it was from a smaller company in Australia. I also liked that they promised a money back guarantee if my dog didn’t like it (and he can be quite fussy). Ordering online was easy, and I love that I can change the delivery frequency as needed.From the first taste my dog was hooked. Even during the introductory phase he would pick out all the Petzyo kibble and leave the old stuff. He dances all the way to his bowl when it’s feeding time. He is one happy boy!
Choosing the right kibble for our doggo has always been challenging due to his sensitive gut. We have tried over 10 different types/brands of kibble for the past 12 months, many of which were quite expensive. There was vomiting and diarrhoea, and most recently recurrent bloody diarrhoea.We have used Petzyo chicken kibble for the past 1 month and it’s been great. His poo has never looked healthier, no more blood in his stool, and no vomiting. In addition, the kibble doesn’t have that distinct dog kibble smell which i can’t stand, and the bag can now be stored in our kitchen pantry (as opposed to our back yard). Overall, I recommend this very high quality to all dog owners!
There are a few things I would like to discuss. I bought two 8kg bags because 8kg doesn’t last long with five ridgebacks. Firstly I noticed some fairly soft poos which now seems to have improved. Faeces are very dark, black in fact. The other thing I’d like your comment on is the smell of the food. It’s not at all pleasant and my partner says it smells stale - I doubt that, but it isn’t remotely pleasant.Lastly, the independent dog food review man says your food is not from meat meal but the labelling says it is. You say sustainability sourced - what does that mean exactly?Thank you for clearing up these concerns.Sandra
I have started ordering this pet food since my dog had some medical issues and needed to have a consistent diet with the right percentages of protein, carbs, fat and fibre, as well as not containing any grain fillers. I have been very happy with this food so far, my dog seems to like it and has been doing well with this diet. It is a little bit more expensive than many other kibble products but in my opinion it has been worth it for the consistency, the quality ingredient of this food. It is the peace of mind that she is getting what she needs and not eating the less reputable brands which who knows whether the ingredients are exactly what they claim they are.
We have been using Petzyo for a few months now and have noticed some really positive changes! Previous food caused our dog to become extremely thirsty with frequent toileting during the night, however Petzyo has resolved all these problems. We love that Petzyo does not add salt to their kibble, that they care about sustainability and their environmental impact, and that it’s easy to order or change our schedule with free delivery. The only issue has been that our dog has gained a bit of weight despite having followed the recommended diet guide. We would suggest review of the method for calculating kibble quantities, and that users check their dog is not gaining weight.
