Manual Peugeot pepper mill from the Paris Antique series with a body made of antique-looking beech wood and a height of 22 cm. The pepper mill is equipped with the classic hardened steel grinding mechanism and a two-stage technology. Pepper corns are first pre-cut by a helix-shaped double row, then ground. This process ensures a perfect grinding result and releases all the flavors of the pepper. The grinding degree can be adjusted continuously via the head screw. If the head screw is tightened strongly, the grinding result is fine. The looser the screw, the coarser the grinding result. You can distinguish the Peugeot pepper and salt mills by a black ring for pepper, respectively a white ring for salt on the head screw. In addition, the ring around the grinding mechanism at the base of the mill is color-coded: black for pepper and white for salt. This is not unimportant, as the pepper and salt grinding mechanisms differ from each other and are precisely tailored to their respective use. Refilling is easy by unscrewing the top head.
