I can comb my WET, fine, color treated hair right after washing..no hair oil needed!!!No Tangles in my wet hair...A First in a Very Long Time!! Comb glides right thru...there is Some bounce, softness, all the way to the ends of my hair...NO dryness...I think this stuff is really GOOD..and I have used many conditioners....it is really slippery to the touch when you put it on your hair, which I think is a good sign. ....I just re-ordered a tube for reserve use.

I have been rotating these 3 conditioners along with Russian Amber Shampoo for the past 7-8 years and my hair looks and feels amazing. This is a conditioner that truly does shine forever — well, at least until my next shampoo and conditioning. And it smells wonderfully. Whenever i get a hug, I am told how great my hair sells. I’ ve been using Philip B hair products for 30 years . You wear your hair every day, it should look and smell fabulous.
I used to use Phillip B products and left to start using a cleaning conditioner system 10 years ago. My hair was doing okay. But not great. Now I'm back and WOW this Forever Shine Conditioner is really what my hair needed. I'm back and this time for good. My hair looks amazing and feels great. Thank goodness for Nordstrom being generous with samples! I didn’t want to drop $95 on this product before trying it, so the sales associate made me two small samples at my request to try it out. I used a small amount after shampooing- it didn’t lather much and felt a bit heavy in my hands when working through my hair. I didn’t get an overwhelming scent when in the shower, either. After using my usual detangler out of the shower, I dried my hair and WOW- my hair was smooth, shiny and smelled amazing! In fact, it smelled amazing all day and the next day! Every time I would turn my head I got a whiff of the conditioner and it was so pleasant! For such a pricey product, I found this tube devastating and will revert back to a much less expense, but effective conditioner.
This conditioner is truly a substitute for salon styling! After using the conditioner, air drying my long wavy hair and simply sleeping with it twisted in a clip, the next day it looks like I spent hours and hundreds at a salon. (the light, fresh scent it leaves is amazing too.) It is worth the investment for me.
This is my final step. The shine and smell it leaves are my absolute favorite. Worth every penny. Also, a little goes a long way. My hair goes half way down my back, it’s about a foot long.
