These are really the next generation of dimmables.Looking forward to them rolling out this technology (to warm as it dims) in down lights

House is setup with Clipsal C-Bus2 din rail LE dimmers, with associated LED bulb compatibility issues. Past experience is that a minimum of 2/circuit are needed for reasonable functioning. Tried these 2 bulbs on a single socket via a twin adapter, with acceptable results including dimming (but limited range as expected).

After years of flickering lights, an electrician gave me a tip that perhaps I needed to try dimmable bulbs. Amazing - the flickering stopped! Thank you, these are great!

We recently bought and installed a large number of Philips LED B22 Bayonet Dimmable bulbs in our old "Oyster" style ceiling lights with integrated fans. We got the 10.5 Watt LED version, equivalent to the old "75W" globes. We couldn't really justify getting rid of 9 of these "fan / light" combinations that came with the house 25 years ago, as the main lighting in each room. (Too much landfill!) Each light had previously used 2 of the old 60 Watt globes and was not very bright, given it has a densely frosted cover. The new LED Globes use much less power and are much brighter as well, and dimmable if needed. We had converted one light some time ago, and then decided to buy these LED globes for all the others. At this stage, we are not sure how long the new LED globes will last, since overheating in an enclosed fitting, with only a few air gaps, could be a problem. However, we will keep an eye on this over the coming years. We're happy with them so far.
Hoping to eliminate the last of our incandescent globes this was disappointing as it has an annoying flicker down low. We will need an electrician to replace the existing dimmer if we are to use this globe. Suggest purchasers buy a new dimmer switch and accept the services of an electrician will be required for this globe to work properly.
Worth it to buy Philips. Doesn't make me feel weird. The colour is very close to halogen. Most people wouldn't be able to pick the difference.
Perfect option if your not sure what colour temperature you want or need to change the colour for a different setting. Easy to change - switch - and very affordable.
I bought these dimmable LED globes through RR online as it is hard to find them around town. They work perfectly
The ordering and delivery process was swift and efficient and at a good price for these not very common bulbs that I couldn’t find at a Bunnings Wharehouse. Unfortunately, of the 3 bulbs I bought, one stopped working after 2 days. The other 2 are still working a couple of weeks later.
The globes/bulbs are fantastic and dim well. They are hard to find in retail shops at the moment and they are much cheaper through Reduction Revolution. The order over the internet arrived speedily and undamaged. I am very happy and will in future purchase all my LED globes from Reduction Revolution. I was scared to purchase bulbs over the internet, but not any more .
